I know that since 99% of cast member interaction is more than positive, the rare bad occasion really stands out. So here goes...
I just returned from MK and was standing near a character greeting spot. The line had been ended by the wrangler and she was very politely telling guests that the line was closed. As dozens of guests continued to walk up, I quietly said "WDW should give you a sign to alert people to make this easier" She paused, and said "NO, this is THE favorite part of my job.
I won't say what location this was, I wouldn't want to single her out as she did treat guests politely. But I was stunned (and a bit saddened) that she would admit that to me publicly.

That is a little upsetting but.. at least she was nice to the guests
