October Visit

We are going to Fort Wilderness October 3-9. Need info on crowds, weather, etc. Any and all help is appreciated.

Well, shucks, we're gonna be there the same time! We went last year at this same time and had a great time.

Weather--still plenty warm. Mid to upper 80's day and about 70 at night. No rain at all year that I recall and we were there 9 nights. It was hot enough at the Halloween party that we were shedding our costumes after the photos.

Crowds--not a problem for us. We've been over Easter and July 4th and of course they are nothing like that! We have fun whenever we go...we go early and bail when the parks start filling up. Use fastpass and a good plan and you can do whatever you want!

We were there around the same time last year and loved it! It was quite warm in the afternoons but very comfortable for sleeping at night. We only had rain one night.

The only time we really encountered bad crowds was at Epcot the first day of F&W. Other than that I would say moderate/manageable crowds.
