October Term Dates 2010

I know its a long shot but does anybody have the October half term dates yet for next year ie 2010.

I am hoping to take up the current offer @ SSR but need to know the term dates obviously, and knowing my luck I'll guess the wrong week

I have spoken to the school but both say that "they have not yet been authorised".

I know that it is usually around the 24th October but it looks a little different for next year the way the days fall

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mon is 25th in 2010 or do you mean this year?

Here in Kirklees they are Monday 25 October to Friday 29 October inclusive.

Never thought that just one week could differ between county to county.

I've just checked on our local council's website and its showing 25th - 29th october 2010.

School hols dates are a pain. We live in Kirklees but many families have children at schools in Wakefield, so they could have one child in Wakefield and 1 in Kirklees with differing holiday dates. Also very close to Leeds who could be different again.

Small World. We have just completed a contract for Kirklees Council, I think it was in Heckmondwyke, if that sound right

I'm 99% sure ours are from the 15th Oct-1st Nov next year. It's the 16th-2nd this year.
