I too had a lovely surprise in the post this morning - I can't believe the quality of the b o o b y prize!!

My thoughts exactly

I got my lovely Pooh key ring yesterday as well. He is so cute! so cute in fact he caused some major ructions in our household last night. This was the scene: open parcel in kitchen in presence of DH and DD, Mollie, (11);

ME: oh I got my bobby prize! awww isn’t he lovely!
DH: That’s nice, especially as you got it for being less than clever (yes thanks for that DH!)
M: oh he’s so cute (pause) can I have him?
ME: No he’s mine
Enter Kirsty (4 and 3 qrts) stage left (kitchen door actually)
K: oh he’s so cute (pause) can I have him?
ME: No he’s mine
K: but he’s cute, please, please can I have him?
ME: No he’s mine!
M: No you always get everything! I saw him first! Can I have him?
K: but I love Pooh!
M: So!
K: So! So! you love Eyeore, Mummy loves Tigger, I Love Pooh! Please can I have him?
ME: Neither of you are having him, he’s mine and I’m keeping him, now skedaddle!
Exit stage left (kitchen door) via fridge for some consolation chocolate

Needless to say they are still arguing about who’s getting Pooh! Oh to be so popular.
