I figured if September folks started posting their itineraries, that the October people ought to in July - anyone game?

We are October 8-15 - here's our plan -

Saturday
Arrive at MCO @ 9:00 am
grandparents and oldest DDs to SeaWorld
parents and youngest DD to WL, swim, etc
7:15 pm HDDR

Sunday
MK in the morning
Epcot for dinner and Illuminations - maybe try LeCellier

Monday
MGM morning, lunch at 50's
nap for youngest
back to MGM for Mama Melrose package and Fantasmic

Tuesday
no park, sleep in, lunch at resort
4 pm head to MK for MNNSHP
5:20 at LTT
stay late

Wednesday
Epcot (lazy entry), stay as long as all can hold up
WL for nap and rest
try for Illumintations or Wishes Cruise - Cape May dinner if we get Illuminations, Kona is we get Wishes
if no cruise, then ????

Thursday
AK (lazy entry)
stay through 4pm parade
5:30 dinner at Boma

Friday
MK EMH morning
hop around to whatever people want to do again or things we missed
dinner???
Spectro - in 04, there was a Spectro this evening - I know it will be crowded, but it may be the only one offered!

Saturday
DDs third birthday!
Hopefully do brunch at CRT, a little MK time
head for airport 4 pm-ish

So, anyone else have a skeleton schedule in preparation for their 90 day window?

Any suggestions to our plans?

We are going oct2-8 and I do not have everything finalized yet. But I would love to post when I do. We are booked for Kona and then Wishes from Poly. I would be happy to let you know how it was when we have gone.

How did you get Wishes - called at 7 am on the 90th day out? I don't even think I'm going to try for Illuminations - have you ever eaten at Kona before?

My call day is next week - I am using DU to help with planning, so hopefully we'll be able to get it!

Sure I will post our plan
We are staying at WL

Friday October 7th
AK in the day
LTT @ 5
MNSSHP for the rest of the evening

Saturday October 8th
MGM
Ohana's for breakfast
Sci Fi for dinner

Sunday October 9th
Epcot
Princess Storybook Breakfast (keep your fingers crossed for me on this one)
Eating our way around the world for dinner

Monday October 10th
Time to go home and start planning our stay at GF in December :Pinkbounc

The first day I have any PSs to make is Saturday the 8th. So my 90 day mark would be Sunday July 10th. Is that correct? Some please let me know. I am really stressing about that.

WOOHOO I can't wait.

We are going Oct 2-9

Here is what I have so far...I've already started making ADRs, so it looks a little odd....

Sunday: Arrive at MCO 11:50 am. Rest, swim, visit around POP, Dinner at Chef Mickey's at 6:50 (I think, I know its close to 7)

Monday: MK - this was to be lunch at CRT, but currently I have an ADR at CP for 12:50 and another ADR at LTT for 5:45. Since I think this will be a Spectro night, I am undecided on doing a TS dinner....plans to be solidified at a later date

Tuesday: AK - I think this day may be AK evening EMH (but I also have this suspiscion it might be MK evening EMH instead) Anyways, we have a PS at Boma at 7:00. If this turns out not to be AK eveing EMH I want to try to get an earlier seating. We shall see.

Wednesday: MK - Going to try for lunch at CRT again tomorrow! If I don't get it, I will ADR CP and LTT again.

Thursday: MGM - planning on 50's for lunch and doing DTD in the evening and eating at Earl of Sandwich.

Friday: MK - Okay, if I didn't get CRT for lunch by now, this will be my last attempt for lunch....I need to get me a back up plan though. If I did get CRT on Wed. I will think about making today the day we eat lunch at CP.

Saturday: Epcot - planning on Coral Reef for dinner. Can't wait. Maybe a boat ride for a little break in the middle of the day.

Sunday: which ever park we just have to visit again, probably...MK. Our flight doesn't leave until 8:10 pm. So I figure at the earliest DME will want to take us to the airport at 5 pm, which means we have until about 3:30 or 4pm in a park. If, by chance I have not yet gotten CRT, I will try, one more time!

We are thinking of doing breaks our first MK day, not on AK day - hoping our 3yo will sleep in the stroller or at least get enough down time with shows and what not. And then we will play breaks by ear. I have already been thinking of spots to nap at MK. When I was there last I napped in The Hall of Presidents and at Carosel of Progress  So I think those might be some good a/c places to take DD for a cool quiet time. I'm thinking with a rope drop start at MGM we can take a break before DTD. But I want to do Epcot with only a break at the park, not back at the resort. That's why I was thinking a boat ride to and from MGM. Or one of the movies.

We are going to be there from October 12th thru the 22nd and staying at the Yacht Club. :cool1:

So far nothing has been scheduled since we aren't 90 days out yet :hourglass but we do plan on doing MNSSHP on the 13th with LTT PS (crossing fingers) that evening.

We also want to do Bomas, Cali Grill, Prime Time, Narcoosee, and somewhere for Fantasmic.

I will post my plans once they are more set in stone. We like to have a choice of parks to go to depending on the mood of the day. I went to DEBs site and wrote down the days each park historically are the slowest. That gives us between 2-3 to chose from. ::MickeyMo

do you know that you can go ahead and make your LTT ressies on a MNSSHP night? I made mine for October 11 back when I ordered the tickets -

called at 6:55 90 days out, tried for illuminations but no luck. I have never eaten at Kona. You can book wishes from CR, GF, WL, and Poly I did not know this so that question stumped me. Also there has been a recent price increase so check in to that. It makes Illuminations quite expensive besides hard to get.

We are going September 30 - October 8. I've got most everything pretty loosely planned. (When you're traveling with a little one you can ONLY have loose plans! :rotfl2: )

Sept.30
Arrive at Hard Rock Hotel
Hang out at the hotel or go check out City Walk

October 1
Universal Studios
Hotel Pool
Relaxing

October 2
Check out of HRH
Islands of Adventure
Check in at OKW
Possibly DTD--depending on naps and general attitude of 16 mo. old!

October 3
MK
Possibly Family Magic Tour
Lunch at CP
One parent and baby back to OKW for nap
Either back to MK to meet other parent and ds or meet at Epcot for evening

October 4
Typhoon Lagoon --Sitter for baby
evening?

October 5
MGM
evening? Possibly pool at OKW

October 6
Epcot
MNSSHP -sitter for baby

October 7
AK
Possibly MK

October 8
Go home :sad2:

Like I said, very loose plans. I look at them and think I don't have enough time at Epcot. I think I don't have enough planned, but we've been to WDW several times, and we know we'll be going back. We're trying to do a semi relaxing trip with no commando touring. :earboy2: I just don't know! I get all flustered just thinking about it! The baby is such a wild card, and we'll really be working around his schedule. If we can get him to take late afternoon naps, then we'll be able to do more with our evenings. We'll just have to wait and see how it goes. This isn't a once in a lifetime trip, so if it has to be more "low key" than we would prefer, no big deal. :)

My plans are pretty much "final" :smooth: as I have made 4 of my adr's this week. 4 more to go.

Oct 1 - Sat - Arrive MCO 9:00am
Go to POR for check in, DTD or MK if time allows. Chef Mickey 5:00pm dinner

Oct 6 - Thurs - Stay at POR, swim, fishing, & rest up for MNSSHP & LTT at 5:30pm. Stay until park close.

Oct 7 - Fri - AK late start day. Boma for dinner. Check out animals at AKL.

Oct 8 - Sat - EPCOT. Princess dinner at Norway (or maybe breakfast) I have to call for this in a few days so I better make up my mind. Dinner food doesn't look like our thing but dd's want to see Ariel who is not at breakfast & Mulan if possible.

Oct 9 - Sun - MK family magic tour then over to EPCOT. Biergarten for dinner.

Oct 10 - go home.

OK. I am a commando, but I am TRYING to be better this time around.

Fri. Oct. 14 - Arrive MCO around 11 PM and take ME to Pop. All I care is that we make it to the resort sometime before the parks open Saturday - I am keeping my ME expectations low. ;)

:cool1: mommykids our plans are a lot alike! Guess we better plan on at least saying "Hi :cool1: "

Tues 10/4 - Arrive MCO 10am, to POP, leave luggage, head over to MK immediately! (dd's words) Dinner at CP 5:05, Maybe stay for parade & fireworks depends.

Wed 10/5 - Donaldasaurus breakfast, AK day, stay till close, then to DTD for a few hours, back to POP rest for the remainder of evening.

Thursday 10/6 - CRT (yeah right) actually I'd prefer lunch, MK, LTT dinner 7:40 (going to try to get earlier at my 90 day window), MNSSHP

Friday 10/7 - lazy morning - MGM whenever we want, Dinner at Chef Mickey's, back to MGM for Fantasmic

Sat 10/8 - as much as I know how crowded Epcot is going to be, Epcot, Princess Lunch.

Speciality Cruise: Magical Voyage/Peter Pan

Sun 10/9 - Girls choose park (I'm guessing MK), dinner at 1900 Park Faire

Mon 10/10 - breakfast at resort, shopping leave at noon.

There are a few other things I'd like to do, but with only 6 nights, there's simply not eough time! My girls want an "all princess all the time" vacation!

How do you all DO it?!?! I'm going Oct. 3rd through 9th and I just can't seem to choose where to go on what days until the park hours and EMH come out! Has anyone tried to "guesstimate" the October hours?? Want to share?? LOL. I'll proably have to start making PS's (AR's grrr) and then try to change them all when hours are released. Any suggestions??

We are going from October 18-22 @ ASMo
18th- Downtown Disney and maybe Whipering Canyon, DH has no clue what they do

19-MK hopefully we will have a CRT

20- AK and Breakfast with Donald
MNSSHP

21- MGM with dinner the 50's diner

22-head home

My DH thinks I am crazy for wanting to make a ps for everything. He wants to wing it.

Well I'm a planning geek, so I kinda have to have some plans or I'd go nuts!

I know my girls will want to spend 2 or 3 of our 6 days at MK..so I tried to spread those out, looked at the least crowded info, & the available CURRENT emh stuff...& then just DID it!!!! I have to plan one day at each of the 3 other parks so I just stuck those in there. I tried to have a character meal each day. I have to have some leadway for the whole CRT mess....I would like breakfast just because I LOVE THE FRENCH TOAST!, but I'll be ok with lunch too, so on Friday when I call if I can't get CRT at all, I will have to mix up the plans a bit.

I just try to plan what my kids want to see the most...I know Fantasmic is great, but I know for my 2 girls nothing beats seeing tink fly over the castle...so while for ME personally I'd live to fit in Fantasmic & Illuminations, & oh yea Food&Wine fest, this trip is all for them - it's our all girls trip - no dad no grandparents, it's totally their pick.

The real kicker is when we all go together and I have to try to make mykids, my husband, & my parents happy!!!! then forget about it!

My best advice is, close your eyes, hold your breath & JUMO :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Can't wait!!!! :Pinkbounc

Kris :wave2:

106 days till we leave for our 30th Anniversary Cruise & a few days at WDW

My Oct. trip plans: (This thread is right up my alley since I have OCD when it comes to planning this trip)

10/2/05 - arrive @ MCO 11:00 a.m. Things to do: Get luggage, pick up car rental, don't lose any kids or adults, head over to pick up the key to our house rental..

6:30 p.m. that night - dinner at Chef Mickey's, afterwards hop on Monorail to take a ride around & let my girls get their first "view of the castle".

To bed EARLY!

10/3/05 - MK, ADR @ 10:15 for CRT breakfast! afterwards it's whatever the gang feels like, 11 of us ages 3-78, my guess is the 3 year old will dictate our plans. Break sometime in the afternoon & then return by 5 to spend the remainder of the night leave, MK at the conclusion of Wishes (and after the mass crowds die down)

10/4/05 - AK in the morning, break then EPCOT in the afternoon/evening, hope to keep the kiddos awake for Illuminations.

10/5/05 - MGM, need to make ADR tomorrow for Prime-Time 50's, break in afternoon & probably back to MGM hope to catch Fantasmic! that night.

10/6/05 - swim at house, rest/down time, shopping for me (OUTLETS!) then off to MK for MNSSHP (probably arrive around 5:30 p.m.)

10/7/05 - whatever parks we want to return too? Say good bye to Mickey & friends as we only have 4 day hopper passes :guilty:

10/8/05 - we will show our kids the ocean, dh thinks we could make the trip up to Daytona & visit Daytona USA, grandma wants to go to Cape Canavral (sp?) and I say we just SHOP some more! :rotfl:

10/9/05 - pack up, one last dip in the pool & it's off to MCO around 9:30 a.m., bye Florida, bye Mickey! We'll miss you & hope to be back soon!

Shelly (o.k. now that depresses me that it seems over before it gets hear, I know it will go so fast, but it is def. my trip of a lifetime!)
