October Lombard's Reserved Cinematic Spectacular

I'm a Disney veteran (dozens of trips) and have decided to go to Universal for my first time. To make the most of the days there, I booked the Reserved seating after dinner at Lombard's for Universal's Cinematic Spectacular.

First question: does this reservation come with a dessert buffet? I've found one site, from Universal, that definitely says yes but can't find the reference anywhere else.

Second: My reservation for Lombard's is for 5:30 on Oct 8th. The show is definietely happening that night. The park closes at 6PM that evening. What time will the show be? I've read anywhere from 'park closing' to '9PM'. If it is at closing, am I going to have an issue getting an earlier reservation? If it is at 9, what are guests expected to do for 2 hours?

Since the show needs to run when it is dark, 6 pm would be too early. I'm not sure how it is going to work since this is the first fall for it. You'd think the park would be staying open until at least dusk on those nights.

Could the park hours change on the few nights in the Fall where the show is being performed? Sunset for that day occurs around 7, so I could see a 7 PM park closing with a 7:30 show.
