We have canceled our Oct/Nov trip. Just don't have enough vacation days. We are thinking first of Jan, but haven't been able to get reservations. I find it hard to believe they are all booked up then, but we'll keep trying.

As far as sending you the Deep Fried Oreos, they do get abit soggy after they cool down. They are best consumed shortly after being removed from the deep fryer and covered in powder suger.

We'll have a moment of silence in your honor after the second batch. (The first batch tends to go rather quickly).

some people go through A LOT of candy. It was pretty busy last year.

On a not so happy note, we just cancelled our reservation. Dh has core classes this year and really can't afford to miss them. So, to make it easier we have decided to stay home. Halloween won't be the same not being at the Fort. But, he needs to get through his schooling without too much stress.

We will be thinking about you guys and hope you have a great time!

I'm sorry to hear that! I'm really looking forward to meeting some disboarders. I had to make a tuff decison like that a couple of years ago for our Holloween trip! And it was tuff but it was the right choice.

DH and I are arriving 10/16 into one of the Prem Pet Loops - I think I requested the one closest to the Marina - the one without a comfort station maybe?

We'll be there over Halloween, but we're doing PFS on the 30th - should be back at the fort around 10PM. What time's your party, Lorna? We should have a nice starter-buzz, and I'll bring the Sweet Tea Vodka
