October Exercise Challenge

Another 50 minutes here, thanks. Having fun - over here it is getting warmer, and walking in the mornings is lovely. Total now 170/900!!

Spent 3 hours at the zoo this morning. Used a stopwatch to keep track of "power walk" time vs. moseying along time - 59 minutes, 29 seconds of power walk time. I am rounding up to 60 minutes! :thumbsup2 230/1000

I'll sync my exercise report with my weigh-in day, so my first week's report is 175/1000.

I added another 50 minutes this morning

I am at 285/1300

please add 360 mins for me - thank you

joining this new gym has definately helped increase my minutes!
1/2hr walk in the morn, 60min class at night and then add weights on top of that!

20 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the bike last night puts me at 200/1200.

I'm off to Florida tomorrow until the 11th to visit my Dsis & see DNiece new baby - inducing Saturday 6 a.m. - and be there for the other DNiece baby's 1st bday. Hopefully I"ll get some moving in!

I'll maybe update again tonight & maybe once in FL- otherwise I'll catch up when I get back...KEEP MOVING!!!!

I've been lax this week as TOM made a surprise visit after over 3 mo of MIA, so I'm miserable and retaining more water than an ocean!
Hopefully it will disappear soon!

Have a great week!!

Wow I have been remiss.

I will do it in a lump sum through 10/5 I should be at 285/1500

Adding 60 more minutes of walking today. Total: 330/1200

Shelved books at the school media center for an hour this morning. Lots and lots of leg squats up and down. Why are all of the books from the bottom two shelves? Since my legs are super sore, I'm guessing I got a good workout and I'm counting 30 minutes - 260/1000

Did you get in a step class too? I always get squats and step, but I don't count it as exercise since I do it every day or two! It really is a good workout tho, especially if you're not used to it.

Was super duper unmotivated today! had to drag myself (literally) to the TM, did 25 min.
340/1500. I hope to step up the pace tomorrow!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: Nope. I think all but three books were on the bottom two shelves. Look at book spine, walk to shelf, squat, find spot, stand, repeat! I didn't think it was a big deal, but boy were my quad's and backside sore. I also got to take two boxes of textbooks from the media center to the school office - upper body workout :rotfl2:
