October entertainment - am I missing something?

No Fantasmic or Fireworks after the first weekend in October? I saw the thread that said they might not be offering these nighttime shows in DL during the weekdays, but park hours are up for the second weekend in October and they’re not showing up there either.

99% the calendar just hasn't been updated yet. Disney already annouced Halloween screams will run nights- projections on weekdays and pyro on the weekend. They are even selling viewing packages. Fantasmic will run weekends only as they are selling dinning packages for the weekends. The calendar is just behind is my guess.

Aw, shoot. I was hoping to see Fantasmic, but we hate the weekend crowds so picked weekdays. bummer.
