Sorry, couldn't check in yesterday. I got in 90 minutes though. An hour Pilates class, 10 minutes core work, and 20 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Today I got in a half hour run, plus 10 minutes warmup/cool down walking and 5 minutes of core/PT exercises. So 45 minutes today.

Brings me to 950/1500.
 
59 minutes tonight - 29 run/walk - 30 yoga for runners

442/1000 Total

20 minutes of walking.

617/1250

Just shy of 50%! Should get there by tomorrow.

30 minutes today.

I'm kind of frustrated today. I'm getting a Holter monitor put on for the next 25 days today. This ought to make running more miserable. It should be 30 days, but I said there's no way I'm leaving it on for my flights to DL. Doctor said that was acceptable. 29 days until Avengers weekend and the silly Doctor throws this at me in my final weeks of training. Grrr. And he doesn't think anything is wrong, said not to change my training at all, but wants to be sure. At least this time they're going to teach me to put it on and take it off so I can shower. The 48 hour one I wasn't allowed to shower.
