I am just curious what you will be looking at once the calendar is posted? Seems like the hours are pretty standard in the fall so what are the variables? We are going in October too and I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.
I always look to see what rides will be down. The other day I checked and it said Alice was going to down. Major bummer, don't they know I'm coming and love that ride? LOL

I saw that Alice was going to be down too. As long as Pirates but more importantly, Splash are operational it will be a very succesful trip for us!!! We are going to be in the parks on M thru Thursday so we won't need the calendar for fireworks or Fantasmic times....wish we could stay Friday to see the fireworks.....
Well, the main thing that will be down is BTMRR. It's down from Oct 1 - Oct 24 which means I'll have to ride it, several times, on Sept 30 my first day.

To check the schedule, go to Disneyland.com and click on "calendar" which is in the top right corner of the page. Plug in your dates and it will show you what the schedule is for your trip.
I have to admit, I was a little bummed about Alice just cause we haven't been to DL for 12 years and I especially wanted to ride the rides that WDW doesn't have.
Then I read BobWerners comment about BTMR and about had a stroke, then I read it's at WDW and felt.
So now I think ok if Alice and Casey Jr are the only main attractions that we are going to be missing then I'm going to count us lucky!
