I could have sworn I posted a link to the official meet-up listing somewhere but I cant find it here or on the website so I will make one up tomorrow and get it uploaded.

I will also post a copy outside our cabin and have some to hand out incase folks forget them.

Tomorrow night at chat, Kelly, I will give you the names of those that have volunteered to host a DIS board white board. I have someone for every deck except 5.

Any deck 5 residents that wish to volunteer???

Nope. Early dining is at 5:45 and late dining is at 8:15.

We will probably skip the dining room that evening as I really want to see the sunset and the sunset party, much more than eating in Luminieres which is my least favorite of all the dining rooms anyway.

Hi Kristen.... The only reason I know is because Shell and her family were kind enough to invite us to share their table on the cruise and since she has concierge she was able to request a meal rotation. We are assuming that she got it, but of course it can always change.

If you don't have concierge, you can't find out until you arrive and check in.

We do have the one I requested, and I just checked on the rotations. They will stay the same for our cruise - according to Concierge.

Oh, hmmmm .... I might be late to dinner that night. Lumiere's is my least fav, as well.

Perhaps we should have a tablemate plan to all be late to dinner so we can all see the sunset!!

I will be getting my hair cleaned up before I go as I have already had it cut.

Packing is another story. We do have some stuff set out, but I am sure it won't be finished until next thursday night!

Definitely!! I'm only going to get a pedi, though. I love my mani and pedis ... but I don't get them often.

Am I missing something, I thought that 5:47 is sunset in Key West and I thought you guys were on the cruisemate list as being late dining. I know that Key West sunsets are supposed to be spectacular but I think that the sun should well be in the ocean by the time you guys are dining. Or did you guys all change to early seating?

OMG - major posting last night. I left work and we were on page 164. Came in this morning to 167. Way to much to read.

My status

Still no packing.

We put in a request for a dining rotation. I guess we have a 1 in 3 chance of getting it. Basically we saw the one Shelly had (she posted it). She had 3 nights at AP. We think we will like the atmosphere of AP the best so we put in a request for that one (not to mention being with Shelly and Kelly would be a plus). We have a 1 in 3 chance of getting it

Sunset. Would love to see it, but also don't want to miss dining since we are newbies we want to experience each dining room. Can we make both though? Isn't early seating split into 5:30, 5:45 and 6? If we are lucky enough to get 6, we could do a 5:47 sunset.

Online docs question
So we filled out our online docs last night. I know we need to print out the contract and sign it. And I know we need to print out the payment authorization one.
So

1 - what about the one where we put in our passport info and address and stuff. Do we print that out to?

2 - for the payment authorization, we gave our main CC. But we will also have our Disney Rewards visa points. So when it comes to room charges we want first to us our OBC, then to use our disney dollars and last to use our CC. Do I just give them the rewards card when we check in? The payment form did not let us enter more than 1 card.

3 - We signed up the kids for the kids clubs. Do we need to print out any of that?

4 - there were a bunch of forms that I think were 'optional'. Do we need any of these? Am I forgetting about something? I want to make our check in as smooth as possible.
