Just some info for those not in chat last night.

We had a discussion about the FE exchange and it was voted on in chat that even though we currently have 32 confirmed cabins, everyone should plan on 40 cabins. Between now and the cruise if the two unconfirmed cabins or others wish to join the FE we will allow for up to 40 cabins but we won't go over the number 40. I actually put this up to a vote and everyone agreed cause I didnt want to be running the rules LOL.

I will be putting together a "cheat sheet" by deck to assist you in making all those deliveries easier and not miss anyone. I also have a breakdown by number of adults, number of kids, number of boys, number of girls and age breakdown to post. This breakdown is ready, I just need to post it which I wil do later today.

I vote no. This works fine for those who are getting one gift per cabin, so they can easily just add a few more. But for those of us who are making per person, another 8 cabins can mean up to 32 extra gifts if each cabin has 4 people.
We are making some of ours and I am really not up to make 32 extra!
We said the cut off was the 15th, and we are past the 15th. Sorry to put a damper on things, but I am really against this.

First, if this has been asked and answered, please forgive my asking again, but is there a general agreement on cabin gifts vs. individual gifts or is that just our preference? Is there a schedule regarding gift delivery?

Jeff, I think that you should just keep your cut off at the 15th and do the amount confirmed at that time. Any new people that join our exchange will get plenty of goodies from others and won't realize what they are missing. No worries and no stress ... this is all about fun and a vacation.

It's totally your preference. Some are doing per cabin, some are doing per person, some are doing per couple and per child. It just depends on what you want to do.

Like I said before, it's all about FUN and vacation. Enjoy it and don't stress!!!

Eric just came down the stairs in his tuxedo. It fits!!! He has not put that on in 9, almost 10 years. Taking it to the dry cleaners for the cruise. So we are stepping up our dress for formal night.

I know, some of you are not going all out for formal night, but I am excited. We never did the tux thing on the last cruise and I am super excited about all of us in formal wear for Christmas pictures.

Now...to get a tux for Adam. Time to do some research.

We had planned for 40 for cabin gifts in the beginning, along with small age appropriate gifts for the kids in the cabin. So we are okay with the 40 cabin cutoff.

Hi Jen! That's great. I was so excited about dressing up last time and it was so much fun. Not sure exactly what we will do yet this year still haven't decided...mostly due to luggage space We ended up having to us the dryclenaers onboard last time...it was quicker and cheaper then here.

I'm a bit worried about my TA getting them to me, so the earlier she gets them, the better. I want to know when to start bothering her about getting them and getting them to us.
