My kids really like Hollywood and Vine. They like being able to get a variety of foods. Good luck shopping for the minivan. Getting a new vehicle is always exciting.

Just want you to know I was GOOD and didn't look on that other thread! I can't wait to see what it is, though.

I keep going back and forth, so we may ALL be surprised when it comes time for the FE!

Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will get the girls' shirts done for the first two days.

That's usually me, too! Dale and I never waited until the special occasions (anniversary, holiday, etc.) to give gifts because we couldn't stand it. Sometimes we opened gifts a week before Christmas!!!

I would love to work for Disney seasonally when I semi-retire. I still have at least 5 years until that can happen. My youngest will be 12 then.

Where in Upstate NY do you live?

I grew up near Utica, went to college 3 years in Troy, 2 more in Brooklyn (not upstate, I know) and my sons were born when we lived in rural Rensselaer County. I have been in PA and then IN since 1987.

I would love to be part time at WDW too but God keeps moving us other places.

I love the signed viylmation! They were on sale online, and I waited too long to get one. Perfect decor for DH's office. I found glow-in-the-dark ones online at the Disney Store site and might get it. They are about $40 for the 9" ones.

Well I'm excited, just booked our airfare. I finally gave up on Southwest, they are just taking their sweet time putting out their dates, plus I wanted a direct flight, and from the looks of it, we would most likely have a layover on the way home, so I booked with United. I really dont care what airline I fly, as long as they get me to where I need to go!!

Beautiful day today, warm and sunny..little on the windy side, finally had to turn the air on....I just kept having one hot flash after another!!

Nothing else is really going on....

Good Evening! We have had a very nice weekend here. A little stormy here and there, but not a washout. I went for a 7-mile run this morning; it's my longest yet.

I am getting so excited to tell the girls about the trip. I think I mentioned that I am going to reveal on the first day of summer vacation. Only 18 days to go!
I'm already laying the groundwork for the IOA part, since they are Disney experts already. We have watched some Popeye cartoons and are starting on Dudley Do-Right next.

Looking forward to a busy week, culminating in vacation in California. Have a good night.

I'm so glad I don't have to worry about airfare this time (we're driving down - though 3 days in the car isn't going to be a picnic). I flew down in March and don't want to repeat that process anytime soon.

It's the long week-end here in Canada so I'm off today (which is very nice). I just wish I could sleep in! I was up this morning at the same time as usual.

We had an interesting weekend. Lots of storms rolled through, but no damage this time! Dale is headed out of town tomorrow, so it will be girl central here for a few days!

We still haven't canceled because we want to see how the Dream cruise we are taking in June goes - because if we get off the ship and say "we must get back here ASAP" I didn't want to have nothing booked. So I just thought I'd stop in and say hi.

Can't wait to hear your take on things. The TRs are up and down, sometimes totally contradicting each other! Nothing else for us to do until the end of July with getting final payment in and August 1 we can make onboard plans!

I know. I'm a bit anxious because I've read a lot of good but some really bad TRs. The good news is that we get 2 days at Castaway so no matter what happens, I think it will be all good. I only hope we don't try to "DO" the Dream like we "DO" the magic - in other words....try to DO too much and ruin it for ourselves.
