In three weeks we will be on the Wonder

I have been tying up some loose ends. Graham booked a new excursion in Cabo. He decided to go with the ATV tour. I finally ordered my embarkation t shirt and the flowers that will go in my hair for my ghost bride costume. I also reached out to Disneyland about the cake and they will check with me if what I am hoping for is possible and the cost involved. The next thing on my to do list is getting our ESTAs sorted out and start printing off confirmations and other documents.

Hi Shawna!! If you work at a school, I have a feeling that we are talking about the same person - she is my co-leader, has 4 girls and I just love her to death. How fun to know another Murrieta family there!

My nephew Chad will be on this trip - he will be just shy of 13yo (8th grader), and I know he would be thrilled to have a boy his age to hang out with. All of the other cousins/siblings are girls. He sounds a lot like your son - shy but will warm up if given the right circumstances. Bonus that they are from the same area (he lives in Menifee), in case they hit it off.

I made my FE with my embroidery machine. Bought most of fabric at JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby. If you don't have an embroidery machine, I know that there are a lot of people that sell them on ebay and etsy, online. I know there was a great tread here on the dis boards that had instructions on how to make an FE with or without a sewing machine.
As for my gifts, I got most of my stuff from craft stores like Hobby Lobby or the dollar store.

I ordered a t shirt with this without any problems. It has not arrived yet so I don't know how it will work out. I have however made two t shirts with this logo that just have this logo quite small on the chest and they look great.

I thought about just putting the logo on a pocket but the white shirt seems boring then

I am finally making some headway. My t shirt has shipped yesterday, I sorted out our ESTAs and printed off all the confirmations. I finally finished the last Fish Extender gift. I also finally finished the last info post with various pieces of information about the port.

The last few things that I needed to finish off the surprise that I am doing for the group. So I will spend some quality time with that today. Then I am actually for the most part done. There will still be a few odds and ends to be done, but they won't be a problem to fit in. I am actually starting to believe that I will be ready in time.

I can also cross another thing off my list. I reached out to the Vacation Planning at Disneyland on Saturday about a cake for dinner on the day of our vow renewal. I was well impressed how quickly they responded to me. I sent them photos of this cake that I had seen on a Disneyland Cake Photo Thread and had fallen in love with:

I really wanted a cake like this in a 6 inch Vanilla Cake with White Chocolate Mousse filling and a Vanilla Butter cream frosting. The only thing that I did not like was the Ariel cake topper. So I sent them my request and to my surprise, they responded to me on Sunday saying that they would check with the bakery if they could fulfil my request. Again, I did not expect to hear back only later this week. However, a couple of hours later, I had an email saying that they can do it for a cost of $48.49 including tax. I think this is very fair for quite an elaborate cake like this.
