Got the call this morning. Same thing happened to us this past March. Doesn't really matter to me as I am most likely only making a brief stop off of the ship. We just went in January and March.

We've booked three cabins for the 10-2-11 MR Wonder cruise. Six adults, two kids, we've got three nights in Anaheim, then over to the ship. Corinna: I'd love to get in on the FE exchange and the Secret Mickey. This is our first Disney cruise, but we've cruised many times on other cruise lines. We're Disneyworld vets, but this will be our first time at Disneyland. We're planning to do the Halloween party on 9/30.

Sign me up to participate. My cabin is just the husband and I. No kids. The other cabin occupants may be talked into it, but it's just the two of us so far.

I am plotting a little surprise for everybody on this cruise irrespective of if they participate in Fish Extenders and need the first name for everybody. It is also nice to know who is cruising with us. I have created spreadsheet on Google Docs that can only be accessed by people who have the link. I will send you the link once I have your information.

We are staying at Disneyland from September 26th to October 2nd and then again from October 9th to 13th. I am also planning to go to the Halloween party on September 30th.

What are the scavenger hunt and secret mickey? and how are they organized? will it just be our "little group" that participates?

Secret Mickey and the Scavenger Hunt is just for our cruise. Secret Mickey is kind of like Secret Santa. You can either take part as a family or as an individual. I will try to match indivuals with individuals and families with families. This is one of my next projects. I need to put together the questionnaire for this. Essentially everybody participating will fill out a short questionnaire with likes, dislikes, hobbies, favourite character, etc. This will then be forwarded to the Secret Mickey. It is then the Secret Mickey's responsibility to spoil the person or family. There will be a budget and the little surprises do not need to be anything fancy. A magnet, a note, a pin or some candy all make nice surprises. On the last day, we will do a formal reveal and at this stage, a slightly larger gift will be given.

The Scavenger Hunt will be a mixture of questions for which you can find the answers around the ship, puzzles and tasks where you either have to take photos of stuff or bring things to the scoring session. Essentially you will have the whole cruise to do this and you can do this at your own pace.

I have been sewing like a crazy lady! I have always loved to sew, and a couple of years ago I decided that I wanted to learn how to machine embroidery. I bought a used machine, and then never learned how to use it ... THEN ... I found out about FE's, and pillowcases and anything that would make our cruise super fun! SO ..... I have been teaching myself how to use this machine, and now I can't get enough!

SO ... here are my girls' pillowcases! I love how they turned out! I am going to turn them into guest services on the first day, and get character signatures! My girls are dying to use them, but I won't let them ... I know, I'm such a mean mom! I am thinking that I should make them one that they can use and then these that will just be for decoration.
Next I need to finish my FE, and make the boys' pillowcases ...

I'm Sheri and I just booked our family on this cruise. We were scheduled for a different date on the Dream and had to change due to a schedule change in my school year.

This will be our 4th Disney cruise (2nd on the Wonder) and we are all thrilled to be joining you!

I'm sailing with DH-Pat, and our youngest son, Austin and his best friend, Lincoln, who will both be seniors in high school next year. Our oldest boy won't be joining us (much to his dismay!)-He'll be stuck at school.

Thanks for the information. I am not sure why the name sounds so familiar. We did not cruise for the first time until September 2008 and we did a Western Caribbean in October 2009.
