Hola!

This time, 6 weeks from now, we will be all fat and happy after the DIS party!

Someone needs to explain this ToT to me like I am a 5 year old...I am confused how it works. I need to pack some non melting (read:no chocolate!) candy.

ok..gotta get dinner ready!

Correction, Betsy - The DIS party is Monday... but you can come a day early if you want to get an early start on the wine. The ship has an emergency room, right? :rotfl2:

What part of " squatter" didn't you understand... :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Betsy, you're right, my bad.

Should I have an ice chest installed in the closet? Perhaps a TV? ;)

You're welcome in the Walt Suite anytime... except for when you're not. :rotfl2:

Should we just have Matt and Kimmy bunk with Timmy and Cassie? Or did you want that thing called privacy? :rotfl2:

luckey- I'm the astronomy nerd that partially got timmy interested in the stars (me and the movie Apollo 13). We drag the telescope out and check things out. He just likes to look and clueless Mom is trying to fill his head with science. Silly mommy...

Cheri - Matt and Kimmy's room in the suite has 2 sets of bunk beds, so the kids can all bunk in there, leaving the rest of the suite for the.. adults? Grown ups?

Maybe we should just call ourselves 'the older people'!

Pretty picture Betsy! What a great view!

Rachel - no problem. Already had you off the ToT list since you said you couldn't do it, but thanks for confirming it.

Info on ToT for those who may not be aware - we'd meet in the atrium 10/31 @ 10 am, get the maps for the trick or treating - participating staterooms only, the kids will go with their group and group leaders to each of the staterooms. Those participating would need to have one person in the stateroom waiting for the little trick or treaters. That's it. We'll break up after that, everyone can do lunch in Lumiere's, take the kiddies to the clubs, teens can hang out whereever they want to, adults can camp outside RonnieJo & Beano's door until 1:30, etc. The DCL festivities won't begin until the afternoon and will continue through the night so our event won't get in the way of any other activities.

You do NOT have to have a child in order to participate. If some of you cruising without kids want to join in, please do so - the more the merrier of course! It's like ToT'g through the neighborhood and being disappointed at all those darkened porches - let's have as many "lights" on as possible.

Any other questions, feel free to ask away. Hope everybody had a great weekend - we did! :sunny:

Wow ! just for kicks I checked our cruise on icruise.com and it's sold out. Then I checked vacationstogo and they only have outside and Balcony's left.
Me thinks were going to be more full than first anticipated. Come Tink who loves ya baby!! :cheer2: Mommy needs an upgrade :wizard:

Good Morning everyone!!!

Yikes, I checked the DCL website on Friday and there was room in almost every cat. from 4 - I believe it was 11 but might have been 10.

Well, I didn't get half the stuff done this weekend that I wanted to. I think the only thing we got finished was the pool is closed for the summer... :sad2:

Well better be gettin ready for work.

Have a great day everyone!!

Kim

Morning!

I am home with a punky feeling girl...I also have a Dr. appt this afternoon so it was only a half day anyway.

I was kinda bummed that we would miss the full moon on our cruise. I love seeing it come up at night and filling the house with light. Guess I am a science nerd too!

ok..need to get moving..I am dropping the Escape off to get repaired before my extended warranty expires!

:cool1: Morning All...

Let's see, cleaning and laundry this morning, shopping this afternoon, and football at our friends home this evening. Ok, it must be Monday! :rotfl:

Just a few things to purchase and we'll be ready to go on the cruise!

My suitcases are starting to call to me from the hall closet :rotfl2:

:hourglass Can we go yet? :goodvibes

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower:

Okay, so did some (alot) of checking and was getting pretty frustrated. DW thought I might toss the computer out the window :badpc:. Found some good prices especially with National ($22 for economy 4 door). Most of the others we checked were $50+. We can't make heads or tails of thier non-airport addresses. Why can't Map Quest or Streets and Trips do maps for the Caribbean :confused3 . So does anyone know National is within walkin distance of the dock or not? Or if there is a good street map of St. Maarten on-line anywhere.

Thanks

Oh goodie, more hurricanes. :guilty:

Looks like they are evacuating Key West today. Good thing we're not all on a western cruise this week!

6 weeks from today I will be organizing things for our DIS party.

Doing so consists of standing in the corner with a beer, telling the wait staff where to put all the stuff! :rotfl2: That, and a little furniture rearranging so we can accommodate everyone. Someone can use the ice chest as a chair if necessary; they'll just have to get up alot! :teeth:

'Beano'

I am with you Beano...NOT looking good for all the cruisers this week..Hoping all these pass by the end of october and we are up for smooth sailing* :sunny:

And Hubby & I dont mind a spot near the ice chest..closer to the BEER & food is just fine with us!~
