Sue Ellen: Count me in for tea! I don't have a set schedule yet - so pick the day and I'll be there!! :flower:

RJ: Seems to be getting pretty crowded under the piano!! :rotfl: Put me on the ressie list for that too please!!

Glad to see DD with have plenty of company! She is so excited.

Luckey: Hope all is well. How did ICI go? Congrats on the pricing! I am in awe! We are flying SW also - but with FF tickets! Try priceline as we discussed earlier, especially for hotels in Cocoa Beach - only the Radisson and HI Oceanfront are 3 stars - or were. Gotta love $55 a night! Limo here I come!!

Bo's Mom : You crack me up! Welcome to the group!!

About the green shirt thing....I thought this was a Beano Family tradition and did not want to step on toes. Since it is a Dis tradition...I am there! I have a green shirt - DH says its not quite lime green, but he's thrilled I can scratch something off of the "to be bought" list. LOL :rotfl2:

Oh oh - time flies when you're having fun!! Gotta get DD from day camp, then off to swimming lessons. The fun never ends!!

Aggie in TX - I hope Emily passes you by. OK maybe just a little rain, since it sounds like you need it. Is Katy near the gulf?

Let's plan for Sunday then for High Tea. That sounds fun.

I definitely want to make sure we don't schedule it for the BEANO party suite day!! ;)

Is tea good for Hang-overs??? :headache: :drinking1 :thewave:
I'd love to say yes , but we our booked GTY also and don't have a home yet.
Maybe a little closer to the cruise I can get added on.

You don't have to have a cabin number (if you are GTY) just a reservation number in that case to have Palo tea booked.

Guess I should have made that a bit more clear.

Tinkryansmom,

We're a burb of Houston. Looks like Emily will miss us thankfully. :rolleyes1 Since Dennis we have been getting tons of rain. July is as wet as June was dry. The grass is turning greener than the DIS shirts. :earboy2: Well it looks like the group tea is a Girl's thing so I guess I'll do it another time with my wife. I've loved doing tea since I was a kid and had it in London. I sure hope they have strawberries and cream. :earsboy:

I am not real computer savvy :badpc: I know I know.... how hard is email :rotfl2:

Sue Ellen I would love to join the rest of the ladies for High Tea on Sunday :Pinkbounc What a great opportunity to get to know you all. You all sound like loads of fun!!

Ronnie Joe We also would like to participate in the Trick or Treating, We are in 6108. Let me know if you need any more info.

Our DD's are very excited. I have seen that there are several 6 year old DD which makes my youngest very happy. I was wondering if there are any 11 year old DD out there. I think I have seen several DS in this age group but no DDs. She sure would like to touch base with some of the kids before we go :Pinkbounc

I have gotten such great info here :flower: thanks thanks thanks :grouphug:

Welcome back Chris & Cheri  Glad you guys had a good time!

RonnieJo - Our room number is 8518, for trick-or-treating.

I will add lime green shirts to our shopping list...DH will love the fact that we'll all be wearing the same color :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

DS started soccer today which means that summer will be over soon...not like anyone is counting, but Thursday is the 100 day mark :thewave:

Sometimes I wish that life came with a fast-forward button :rotfl2:

Have a great week!

Sarah ::MinnieMo

Good Morning everyone!!!!

Yaaa double digets for us till we leave for WDW.....99 days....wahoooo

Crusing Dreams: How old is your DS. Mine is 16. I have noticed a few his age.

Is there a thread set up for the kids to get to know each other?? My DS tried to set up 2 one on the Crusing board and one under the teens but he didn't get any responses.

Well better be off to work. Hope you all have a great day!!!

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

Just a bump as we were way too close to the bottom of page 1. :cool1:

Kurt - glad you got some rain! I hope canoes are not in order. Is Katy anywhere near Seabrook then? We have good friends there. Perhaps they are a bit further out than a 'burb? Guess I ought to visit them..... :rotfl:

Yes, under 100 days. Now its just the last details....travel insurance, flights and that limo.....

Is anyone having as much fun planning this trip as I am!!?

I just moved up to a CAT 7, which now takes me off of deck 7 and puts me on Deck 6 in one of the four "reclassified" rooms. I hope the people on Deck 6 are as nice as the ones on Deck 7 are. :)

hi bo's mom,

we are also on deck 6 in room 6558

what room are u in

did we set a time for the pre cruise meet in in epcot...

sorry haven't posted in a couple of days to my dw, and ds's to Lake George, Ny for a couple of days at my parents place...

one more thing Yankees are finally in first :cool1:

6134! Alot of rooms on that deck from what I see. I'll apologize in advance for my son's loud voice. Trust me. You'll hear him from where you are. :)

no need to apologize i have a 7 and 1 year old and i know what its like... but they will not be coming on the cruise

Ok- anyone know the answer to this one.... :confused3

There was a thread on the DCL forum where they were chatting about the groom who disappeared on this honeymoon cruise. (not DCL) Then someone posted a website where you can read incident stats for all major cruise lines and subsequent chatter about how carnival ranks #1 for overboards etc etc

Then they talked about Disneys PR machine "covering up" an incident that apparently happened at CC with the May repo cruise. But the person who posted refused to elaborate on the "horrible" accident. I tried to search the forums for any hints but was unable to turn up anything.

So...fellow Disney-ites....anyone hear about this? If so, what happened? :confused3

I have not heard anything about it. I will keep my eyes peeled for a story.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

On another note, I have met a special someone that I am falling in love with that you all will hopefully get to meet on the cruise. I am trying to arrange for her to be with us! It would be so much fun. She has never been on one and I have been on 7!

Once she confirms that she is going with me, she will be posting out here I am sure.

 Love and Pixie Dust to you Tarzanman

Johnna: did your antenna ball arrive? Was it the right one?

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

I read a cruise trip report from the May repo cruise...I think it was that one..and they never mentioned any incident. They may have not heard about it, but you'd think that passengers on the board would hear "whispers" if something had happened.

Tinkryansmom--Katy is 24 miles West of Downtown Houston.

Bo'sMom-- we are on deck six also 6541.

RonnieJo--is there trick or treating being organized? Let me know if I can do to help out. I am sure DD and DS would love it. They haven't been able to Trick or Treat for the last three years because we haven't been home. I always seem to plan a trip around my birthday.

Actually it wasn't Disney PR trying to cover anything up, it was a few DISers that were there that did not want to say anything about what happened out of respect for the family.

I do know this, it wasn't anything to do with Castaway Cay or DCL--a man had a heart attack on Castaway Cay and unfortunately was not revived. How truly sad for the family.

On a happier note, each day that passes we are getting closer to our cruise. Still taking names for anyone that wants to do High Tea on Sunday of the cruise.

Sue Ellen
