Working out....

Beano has lost 26 lbs. and I have lost 12 lbs.....yes. I am proud of us!!!

:cheer2: Go RJ, go RJ!
:cheer2: Go Beano!

Goes on so fast ... takes it's sweet time goin' away. I put on a pair of pants I haven't been able to wear for a long time today too. :woohoo:

Bets - I'd call you, if I had your new cell humber. Oh maybe I'm supposed to be getting something here :guilty: % no like me. --- I have to have Kate call Cassie next week so she can tell her how "easy" a filling is.

Thanks for the Easter card, Sean and Linda! . Just opened it up. I didn't realize how much junk mail I got every week until I went to the Post Office to pick up the load they held from vacation. I brought a Vons bag. The lady behind the counter handed me a bucket full. Took me two days to go thru. In the end: 10 pieces of mail worth looking at - one was the nice Easter card.

Gonna try and have lunch with Johnna and Ryan tomorrow. :woohoo: :yay: :cheer2:

Umm Beano... Timmay wants to know if you wanna touch his monkey...

Well I was on this cruise I wish I had known about this before I went on that cruise. I am ready for the nex one thought. I hope all of you had as good of a time as we did. Hope to see you on future curises.

Oh I forgot Seam and Linda thank you for our card also ! You're so sweet  Never gonna happen from here though I have enough trouble getting the Xmas cards out.

Betsy I LOVE the comic strip ! :thumbsup2

Got to take the kid to school.

Welcome back RJ, but did you do something bad to Jonna she's disapperated too.

You have to go back a few pages, but JoJo did mention that she would be out all week.

Cheri....how come ya never call me????....wait a minute, Bets calls RJ, RJ calls Bets and Cheri......NOBODY CALLS ME!!! :guilty: ...the town loser I guess.

Today another crazy day. I typed 10 files today, which I guess isn't bad, but man is it hectic. The deadlines for each file are just plain nuts. Tim already wants me to quit.

Speaking of Tim....he is leaving us this weekend. He is leaving for Florida either Sunday or Monday....whole house is just weird right now.

WHY WON'T ANYONE TALK TO ME ANYMORE?????

Bonjour!

I think that Georgia is starting to get some of that rain that you guys in California were talking about. It rained (and hailed) yesterday, today, and should tomorrow. I haven't seen the forecast for the weekend recently, but last I heard it'll be the same through the weekend. LOL! At least it's washing the pollen away for DD!

Sparrow you are welcome to the rain. Keep it! don't want it back. Nope.. Thanks. Done. bye-bye ...

Spot-dude, where were you when this glorious party was taking place? (ok, it was glorious, but it was a heck of a lot of fun - especially the orange cake)

Speaking of cake (see above), RJ I bet it still lives somewhere in the Zoo. maybe somewhere on Bombay Street.

pirate: I have Johnna! uh, at least I did. Held her captive today for 2 whole hours. pirate: Actually lunch with her, Ryan and Johnna's mom was very fun. I'd tell you all the details like how the restaurant was right on the bay with only grass between our table and the water, or how Ryan told several very cute jokes for a 5 year old (going on 15) - but I wouldn't want anyone to be jealous. :rolleyes1 :duck:

tenny-honey, that job? 5 minute turnaround? holy carp. I'd look like Lily Munster after the first week. Hang in there.

Happy Friday to All...

 :cool1:

What's everyone doing this weekend??

After months of cold and winter, we are finally coming up to summer and BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity, as it's the only type of cooking a 'real' man will do, probably because there is an element of danger involved.

When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion:

Routine...

1) The woman buys the food.
(2) The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makesdessert.
(3) The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray alongwith the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to
the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand.

Here comes the important part:

(4) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL.

More routine....
(5) The woman goes inside to organise the plates and cutlery.
(6) The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is burning. He thanks
her and asks if she will bring another
beer while he deals with the situation.

Important again:

(7) THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN.

More routine....

(8) The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces,
and brings them to the table.
(9) After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes.

And most important of all:

(10) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts.

(11) The man asks the woman how she enjoyed "her night off." And, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women....

Hi doods!

RJ and I just had dinner with Johnna and Ryan in big, beautiful, downtown Kingsburg! And as an added bonus, we checked out the car show on main street. What a thrill for them, huh? (I'm not sure, but I think Johnna bought a Mustang.)

It's Friday and I'm finally off work for a couple of days. Anyone gonna come out and play? :cool1:
