this afternoon (while I was minding my own business cleaning up the late breakfast dishes listening to my music) Chris says to Timmy (and I am paraphrasing), "If your Mom listens to any more country music we are going to have to replace the elliptical with a (mechanical) bull."

Does that count as cardio?

Absolutely counts as cardio!! Have you ever seen the Carl's Jr commercial with the chick riding the bull and eating one nasty, dripping burger....Chris' heart will be much healthier if you start doing that!!
