I have to look out for my buddies

Here is the recipe direct from DCL:

Scharpino Recipe
Ingredients for two servings:

One large scoop lemon sorbet (still frozen hard, not soft)
0.5oz Absolut vodka
0.25oz Lemoncello (or just less than)
2oz Prosecco sparkling wine
Dash of egg white

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender, adding the Prosecco at the end. Add the Prosecco in slowly, as not to make the sparkling wine fizz too much. Blend the ingredients together. Be sure to check the consistency. It must be smooth and creamy. Only add ice if necessary. Serve in a champagne flute immediately. Add a splash of Prosecco on top as a floater.

It is at the Animal Kingdom, and it looks really cool. They are starting staffing efforts for the ride, and a CM that I know said they were running some of the trains the other day.
I would think based on this that they may have some previews of the ride around February, but that is nothing more than speculation. I also would think that opening would be around March (again nothing more than speculation.)

I'm looking forward to trying that one out.
