If you look next to the paper clips that are so beautifully displayed on the desk, you will see a dead ant. I don't know if it just died there or if I squished. It is more likely that I squished it. Maybe I should be more careful about the ants. They deserve to live too. Don't they?

You should delete this post before Betsy (% ?) sees it. She gets REALLY worked up over amoebas being threatened. Ants are high-function organisms compared to amoeba. DELETE, DELETE!!!

Hey Tarzanman,

How was shopping?? % was saying earlier that people in FL are raiding the stores and stocking up in prep for the storm. Was it bedlam there?

There is no gas anywhere tonight. That is pretty normal for right before a storm. There will be more tommorow but the mad rush after work today did a number on supply. Stocking up continues across the area. Grocery stores were busy tonight. I could sell my supplies I think. This thing is gonna fizzle out before next week. Well, fizzle to the point where it is just a TS when it gets here. Long way to travel though over that warm water so we will have to see.

Does everyone have their door magnets? Door signs for trick-or-treating? And,, most importantly: woven nylon/plastic neck decoration for displaying plastic polymer case holding oh-so-attractive nametag?
