Here in CA it does get cold in winter (that'd be my version of cold....like in the 30's), but right now it's 80 outside and I have shorts on.

I wish I had a fireplace. I would be warm and toasty right now. My DH told me to just keep "layering" and to go around the house and bring down the storm windows. Sure..he's drinking a nice glass of wine getting himself artificially heated and I'm freezing my butt off. I'm going to end up sick as a dog.

Oh great. The artificially heated DH is now telling me to jump on the treadmill to keep myself warm. OMG I swear I'm going to whack him off the side fo the head. LOL!

We haven't turned the furnace on either. DH refuses until we get back from vacation......Not to bad at night cause I like it a little cooler but right now I still haven't taken my jacket off and I have been home from work for almost a hour...

ROFL!! Me neither. I still have it on. How much more layering can I do before I fall over from the weight of my clothes.

I'm like this at heart too, so I have no idea what the heck I'm still doing living in this godforsaken place. I keep threatening to move to Florida. Some day I'm going to do it.

It is about 9 degress celcius...sorry not sure what that converts to. At night it is down to -1. I had to scrap ice off my windshield.

Well, if'n you move to Florida you can wear very little, but you have to pack up your belongings and "hunkerdown".........in the wake of hurricane season.
