Chris, I know it well. I worked for a retail software chain for a while up there, actually. We had a store on El Camino Real.

My fave city in the Bay area was always Cupertino. We lived there for a few years back in the 80's. Things there have changed since then, though! Apts. in Cupertino rent for abut 9000 dollars a minute now!

I'll stay where I am, thank you. (Even with the garbage scavengers!!!)

Y'all should take a page out of Walt's book and figure out how to charge admission for your highly sought-after attraction. You know, $12 for parking, $13 for a caesar salad, and admission to the show that's larger than the GNP of certain small countries.

Los Altos was (still is) a very nice place, especially as you get closer to the hills (west of Foothill Expressway). Cupertino, Santa Clara, and those places further south have gotten unbelievably crowded.

Just think what would happen at DCL if the SoccerFamily moved to Kingsburg. When ol' President Tom looks at his demographics for the Magic, he would notice a disproportionately large percentage of their annual revenues are coming from people living in a small town just outside of Fresno!!! That'd sure stump him!!!
