Beano and RJ: Your Kimmy is so funny!!!! On the teen thread there is a poster "darnok" or something like that...keeps complaining about how terrible school is, but me thinks this person should be spending MORE time there, not paying attention. Spelled school systems "schooll sistoms" Kimmy keeps correcting it (don't blame her, wanted to say something myself... ) but darnok no likey the corrections

Darnok777 is mine... He HATES speling and riting with a passion. It seems he is finaly learning that speling is importent. I was hopping him posting, he would rite and spel, but he is a busey 9 year old that doesn't take the time to make sure his speling is corect.

And he really no likey being corrected. Trust me on that one. I just had a nice hour long discussion about the importance of spelling. Hopefully a week in Disney will get him in a better mood.

Oh, that's funny! Sorry, but if a kid complains about school systems and spells it 'schooll sistoms', that is an endorsement for summer school and, um, special classes!

For all you thirty-something and (early) forty-somethings, my favorite cartoons were:

Bugs Bunny (of course)
Grape Ape Power Hour
Super Friends (i.e. Wonder Twin Powers: ACTIVATE!!!
Road Runner (I still hold shares of ACME stock cuz they make EVERYTHING)

Oh, and my two favorite shows, non-cartoon, growing up were:
Adam-12
Emergency!

Oh, and spelling and grammar can be overrated. My boss is the president of a fortune 200 company, and you wouldn't believe the butchered e-mails I get from him. Unbelievable!!

I believe this show was the direct cause of my love of firemen...the reason I became a groupie...the reason my DH can do no wrong as long as he drives a firetruck!!
