Ummm plans for the weekend.....

packing and cleanning....sound exciting eh....I am a fanatic about my house being spotless when I go away....just in case someone breaks in, I don't want them starting rumours that I am a mess housekeeper

LOL! I am exactly the same way. I'm going to start a pre packing this weekend. See if everything fits in the suitcases I have, etc. , then I'll take it out and iron it. Some stuff is going to the cleaners to be pressed before we go. I hate ironing. Yuck.

You're worse than me and DH. I was 14 and going into the 9th grade and DH was 19 and graduated from high school when we met.

If you really "want" to do your ironing then okay, but I have found that no matter how well I ironed....stuff always looked rumpled when we got it unpacked. You can send it to the laundry on-board and have it pressed. The prices are really reasonable. Give it to your room steward on Saturday and you will have it back by 5pm on Sunday. Just a thought

We do it every year since discovering the service. I LOVE IT I hate to iron as well (I am not gonna spend 4 hours ironing to find my clothes all rumpled from the trip ever again!)

And do we really care if the room stewards think we are crazy? NO! Being "normal" is highly over-rated imho!
