October 27, 2011 ~ Dream 3 Night

Welcome aboard. It will be a great time. I am sure they will get you added to page one roll call. We do have enough gifts for you guys so you will be getting package(s) from us. Are you staying at a hotel near the port Wednesday night or are you just driving in Thursday? See you next week.

Thank you! We live about an hour and a half from the port so we will drive over Thursday.

You are squeaking under the wire but, I can add you (later tonight when I get home).... Standard warning is that since the official tally was taken some folks may not have extras, but other will and do please join in the fun. :)

We appreciate it and will be busy trying to get everything together for the next week. I can't believe we booked a cruise 7 days in advance- we must be crazy!

Reminder, I will stop updating the FE list on Monday evening (10/24), as we fly out Wednesday morning... After that all updates will have to be on the Master List posted on our cabin door (web version will not be updated). I will also have hardcopies for anyone who wants one...

:welcome: I added you to the roll call on page 1.

Thank you! I'm clungstrum's DW btw in case you're wondering.

Hey all! Just wanted to let you know that DF and I will be heading down to FL bright and early tomorrow morning for the first leg of our trip! We get married on MONDAY!!! :dance3: :yay: :woohoo: :thumbsup2

See you all next week! I am sure I will keep checking the boards throughout the trip, but in case something happens with my phone...bon voyage!!!

Have a great trip and Congrats!!! I hope your wedding is a DREAM come true :goodvibes

Is room 10165 participating in the dis tag as well? I did not see them on the roll call sheet.

I'm sorry, what is Dis tag? They added us to FE ( I know we were late and understand many are done with there gifts), and we were added to roll call. I would like to participate in the meet and greet. Please explain dis tag.
Thank you.

It's chilly here this morning, 59°. This is our first cold front of the year. 57° in Cape Canaveral right now. Will only be 66° by 11am (70° for the High). I really hope it's warmer next Thursday. The forecast is High 81°, Low 68°. I'm crossing my fingers that it will stay that way. :thumbsup2

For the Oct30th cruise we had all agreed to the following. We can do the same here too if we want: - (I changed the date)

I'm fine with a meet on the 27th at 10pm. It will be hard to get a consensus that everyone could do probably. We have late dining so we might be a little late, but we could make it. We leave tomorrow for the first leg of our b2b so I'll check back if I can to see if we have firmed up a meet.

So does ten pm work for mostly everyone? I am sorry that we can accomodate everyone. It is a short cruise. I would say we do it say in a family area, in case people are interested in bringing their kids. But if people thing we should do it in the quiet area that is fine as well.

I vote for the 10pm (or so, we also have late dining) as that should be less conflicting with anything but sleep on Embarkation day.

I don't care where we meet..

My suggestion - the "Outlook" (a cozy cocktail lounge) on top of the center stack (deck 14) should be quiet and anyone families are allowed as it is basically one big room at the top... nice view too.

Okay. I am confirming ten pm on Thursday evening at the outlook bar?

Are we sure Outlook would be available? I've read that it's used mostly for private events. Also, not sure it's the same, but Outlook on the Wonder is 21 and over. :confused3

Website does not say Adults only, nor hours. But it was open everytime I stopped by during our Dream MV B2B... Things may have changed and if closed then we will just fine another place to gather... It is a big ship... And we will be on it... :goodvibes

We just booked this cruise today and our looking forward to surprising our kids with it. This is our 7th Disney Cruise but first on the Dream so we're very exicited. Our last cruise was on the Wonder going through the Panama Canal which was very cool.

Here's our info to add to the front page. I know the Fish Extender deadline has passed, but we'd love to join in if still possible.
