I just don't know how everyone is finally geting through and I get through about 3 times but cannot make ressies? So frustrating!

JS, I see you own DVC. Did you try calling member services for your ADR's? Maybe you could get through that way? I know how frustrating it is trying to get through.

As bad as the day started, I am very happy with the way Zondra helped us and I hope everyone has as good of an evening as we will have.

I'd been calling off & on since 6:45 this morning but I finally got through and after 35 minutes on hold, I got all the ressies that I wanted! I had to change one day, but at least I'm in!

Crystal Palace for dinner

Garden Grill
Ohana Friends breakfast
Chef Mickey breakfast

I have 2 TS dinners yet to plan. Any suggestions? Party of 4 (DS3, DD16, DD's best friend 16).

I am on hold now. I got through to DVC earlier today and after a long time on hold found out that their system was down and they couldn't book me. Then I couldn't get through to either DVC or dining (busy signal). Now I am on hold (long distance) with dining. Crossing my fingers that the restaurants I want are still available. What a stressful day this has been!

I finally got my ressies, all for breakfast from Mar 8-17 with one dinner at Le Cellier. The only thing I couldn't get was CRT. Was told there was no availability for the entire duration of my trip. I asked if it ws not loaded yet or no availbility and he said no availbility. No message about it being loaded or not.

All I can tell people is keep trying. It seems like the only people able to book reservations effectively are those on the dining line. If you get someone not on the dining line then your call went through an overflow to those people. Just ask them to transfer you directly into the dining line queue instead of calling back. This way you get right where you need to be.

I just hit redial until I heard the magical music.
The only ADR I want is Ohanas. We will see.

I can't believe so many people are still having problems at 4:30pm. Thanks goodness DS(3) decided he would take a nap today because I really needed one too after 3.5 hrs of broken sleep.

Has anyone had any luck getting on today at all? I got on at 6:30am but then it went down. I have been at work all day and can't sit on the phone. I am trying to figure out if I should call when I get home or just wait for the online system to come back. Anyone have news as to when the online system will come back?

I GOT THRU. i started calling around 330. and got thur around 3:50 and was off the phone by 4:10! it went VERY smooth. I was only looking to book a 3 and got them all at the times we wanted!

we are going March 14th- March 22!

Mon March 15th- T-Rex 7:05pm
Thurs March 18th Hollywood and vine Fantasmic dinner package 5:00pm
Sunday March 21st- Liberty Tree 5:00pm.

the other days we can't decide. SO we will take the chance and try booking at another time!! good luck everyone i hope you all get EVERYTHING you want!!

Online has been down more or less all day. Not sure when it will come back today, if at all.

I saw a calendar load at one point, but it quickly failed thereafter. Just think of all of this like one great big traffic jam. eventually the number of cars on the tail end will reduce in number and then things will start to flow normally again.

For basically the same time frame I was told that CRT would probably not be in the system until tomorrow. That until then it would show no availability. The CM that helped me was really great and upfront. We will be trying for CRT tomorrow.

Well I got through after 2 hours this morning and got a wonderful CM (Becky) Got everything that I wanted for our trip!!!

I've been calling on and off for several hours and finally got through about 45 minutes ago (4 p.m. EST). I was able to get:

1/27 2:00 p.m. - Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Lounge
1/25 11:55 a.m. - Lunch at Le Cellier
2/1 5:00 - Dinner at San Angel Inn
2/3 9:30 Breakfast at Chef Mickeys

The CM I got was so friendly even though she said it has been a very busy day! I used the (407) 939-3463 # and just kept calling back until I heard the music instead of a busy signal or a "all circuits busy" message.

Amazing that I got in right away just now, and i got every single ressie we wanted at the times we wanted them! I wish it was this easy this morning. Would have saved a lot of frustrations!

I called right after posting and was connected with a CM in about 2 minutes!!! We got all of the reservations we wanted at all of the times we wanted! Deanna (the CM) was as nice as can be - a true sweetheart and a pleasure to talk with. She even tried to get me to take Le Cellier (we wanted yachtsman's but she knew le cellier was a tough score and was excited to see it was there for us). Here is what we have:

Feb 15th
Narcoossee's 7:00 pm (DW's favorite!)

Feb 16th
Crystal Palace 9:00AM (should be just re-opened from renovation!)
Kona Cafe 6:50PM (won't be the same without Lisa sitting next to us!)

Feb 17th
Le Chef's 12:10PM (I WANT TO SEE REMY!!!!!!)
California Grill 5:30PM (one of my top three!)

Feb 18th
The Wave 8:30AM (DW favorite breakfast - i think best on property!)
Crystal Palace 6:05PM (have never done dinner here before)

Yachtsman's 7:10PM (One of only two sig restaurants I haven't been to)


What do you think? Too much food???

I am going that week and I was not able to get CRT for breakfast or lunch during that week but I did get our desired date and exact time for Chef Mickey's and for the Happily Ever After buffet. We also called T-Rex Restaurant directly and got a reservation for that as well with no problem.

Those are our exact dates and I was able to get everything I wanted except CRT dinner (not loaded yet) and Le Cellier lunch for 3/15.

I see some managed to get ADR at Teppan Edo...I have called twice, and was told that it is not in their system yet. We are going 3/13-20..and have DxDdp. I have also been not able to get CRT.

From what I gleaned in earlier posts, Teppan Edo has not contracted to be on the dining plans as of yet. Since they haven't signed, Disney cannot book a meal using any of the plans. Have the CM uncheck the Dining Plan (or do whatever they do) and it should work.

Mine was made before I booked my resort ressie, so I didn't have the dining plan when I made the ADR.

I've started a Kudos thread to thank all the great CMs that helped people today - it would be great if you could post a thanks to Zondra there.

Didn't see this until after, but that's a great idea. I also wrote an email to Guest Relations relaying the 2 great and 1 amazing CMs I dealt with today and a general thanks to everyone who's working their butts off to take care of us.

I finally got all of my ADR's for April!

I had the nicest CM. His name was Germaine. I got through the first time around 9:30 and the system went down before he could book anything for me. He asked for my name & # and said he'd call me back when the system was working. I gave him the info but I wasn't really expecting to hear from him. Imagine my surprise when he called me back! He was able to book a few ADR's for me and then the system went down again. He called me back a little while ago and now I have all of my ADR's!

For those people still trying, if Germaine answers your call you will not be disappointed!

This is just so frustrating! Today is my 90 day window so I'm just trying to book for January! Trying to remain calm.
We'll eat somewhere I guess, but I was really hoping for Ohana for dinner one night and figure that is pretty much gone by now.

I am there the same time as you and I got Ohanas at 5pm with no problem. I think you will be successful!! Keep trying!!

I just got off the phone and the CM told me that CRT from 2/4 and beyond would not be loaded until Thurs. That makes me nervous because I have also heard it will be there tomorrow. I will probably call tomorrow also.
