Bare with me, as I'm a first timer as an adult to WDW. This is long, but I really need help!
I FINALLY got a live person on the ADR line around 10:30 this morning, so I made the majority of my ADRs for our trip in early Feb. Yay, but...
Now I'm freaking out! I wasn't sure on my times and without knowing the park hours ahead of time {the nice CM did tell me what they were and when EMH were}, I had planned my days a little wrong. For instance we're in Epcot on the day MK extra magic hours and in Epcot on the one night that Fantasmic is going on. Anyway, we're traveling with my parents and our 5 year old daughter. With that in mind, I set our dinners a bit earlier then we usually like. I also think I set our breakfasts too late! I can't win!
My two biggest issues are as follows...
We're doing the Princess dinner in Norway after a day in the MK at 6:40pm. Are we going to be able to make it over there? I'm trying to get a BBB appt. for late afternoon for DD. What time should I make it for?
We're doing Chef Mickey's at 8:30am, heading to Epcot for the day and then Coral Reef at 5:45. I am hoping to fit in a lunch somewhere in World Showcase, but we're going to be eating all day at that rate. We're doing deluxe dining, so we'd like to use it!Also, that night is the night that MK has extra magic hours until midnight. We can't stay out all that late with a 5 year old, so I feel like I should push back the dinner, so we have more time to explore and can actually eat lunch. What do you think? Should I make the breakfast for earlier as well? We're staying at the Poly, so I'm not sure how much time it will take us to get from there to Contemporary and back to Epcot.

Hi Kate!
Don't panic.

Cinderellas Royal Table
California Grill
Victoria and Alberts
Chef Mickeys
Brown Derby
Le Cellier
Chef Mickeys sounds great. Taking the monorail to the TTC and then to Epcot shouldn't be any problem at all (15 minutes) and then you can do lunch whenever and wherever you like (besides Le Cellier). Disney will move your Coral Reef ADR a little later or earlier with a simple phone call provided they aren't too crowded (which they shouldn't be in early Feb.).
I don't know how long the BBB takes but i wonder if you're taking on too much there. Spending a day at MK, doing the BBB and hopping to Epcot for dinner may drain your little one. You may want to consider taking a break during the day at some point. It takes 10 minutes to return to your room at the Poly. Again it's a slow time of year and after 6 hours at the park you will have seen and done a lot. Maybe you could go to the BBB in the late morning? Rest from 1-3 and head to Epcot?
Regarding your extra magic hours, know that the Unoffical guide reccomends avoiding those since the crowds are heavier at those parks. You could watch Illuminations at Epcot instead! Pace yourself if you can. I know it seems like you won't have enough time to fit everything in, but I promise you the days are LONG at Disney.

Resting and pacing yourself will keep you and your little one much happier!
