Bare with me, as I'm a first timer as an adult to WDW. This is long, but I really need help!
I FINALLY got a live person on the ADR line around 10:30 this morning, so I made the majority of my ADRs for our trip in early Feb. Yay, but...
Now I'm freaking out! I wasn't sure on my times and without knowing the park hours ahead of time {the nice CM did tell me what they were and when EMH were}, I had planned my days a little wrong. For instance we're in Epcot on the day MK extra magic hours and in Epcot on the one night that Fantasmic is going on. Anyway, we're traveling with my parents and our 5 year old daughter. With that in mind, I set our dinners a bit earlier then we usually like. I also think I set our breakfasts too late! I can't win!
My two biggest issues are as follows...
We're doing the Princess dinner in Norway after a day in the MK at 6:40pm. Are we going to be able to make it over there? I'm trying to get a BBB appt. for late afternoon for DD. What time should I make it for?
We're doing Chef Mickey's at 8:30am, heading to Epcot for the day and then Coral Reef at 5:45. I am hoping to fit in a lunch somewhere in World Showcase, but we're going to be eating all day at that rate. We're doing deluxe dining, so we'd like to use it!

Also, that night is the night that MK has extra magic hours until midnight. We can't stay out all that late with a 5 year old, so I feel like I should push back the dinner, so we have more time to explore and can actually eat lunch. What do you think? Should I make the breakfast for earlier as well? We're staying at the Poly, so I'm not sure how much time it will take us to get from there to Contemporary and back to Epcot.
Help!!!
