After trying off & on all day, I am finally on hold! 12 min. wait.

March 11th- California Grill 7:30
March 12th- breakfast 7:30am Grand Floridian Café
Dinner 7pm- chefs de france
March 13th Breakfast- Kona café 7:30am
Dinner-50’s prime time- 7pm
March 14th Breakfast- Boma- 8am-
Dinner- Flying Fish- 8pm
March 15th Dinner- Narcoosees- 8pm-
March 16th Breakfast- Kouzinna 8:30am-
Dinner- raglan road- 7:30pm-
March 17th Tea at the Grand Floridian 2pm-
Dinner- tutto Italia- 8pm-
March 18th Breakfast- Kona Café 8am-

Up at 4:45 - tried online.....nothing
5:55 - started calling.....nothing
6:20 - got thru, then disconnected right away
6:25 - got thru, wait time was 30 min....had to hang up at 6:45 to get ready for work
7:45 - got thru on the way to work, went into the office & call dropped from my cell
11:05 - got thru, wait time 30 min. spoke to someone at 11:25. system crashed approx 4 times & she had to reboot many times inbetween. After 1 hour and 26 minutes on the phone this is what I got!

1/31 Mama Merose @ 6:05 (F! pkge for dinner sold out)
2/1 Coral Reef @5:45
2/2 CRT @5:45
2/3 Sci Fi @5:55
2/4 Chef Mickey @6:20
2/5 1900 Park Fare....unsure of this one, not sure if it went thru. She said to pull up ressies later. I had to get off the phone ASAP as I was at work


Also, I originally tried for CRT on 2/5, but she said it was only loaded to 2/4.

I think it depends on the CM the computer was officially down when I called so she rebooted the system and Tada it worked. She was awsome.

finally, with all of you...finally...got through after calling the magic your way reservation line first. Got right into dining. Got everything I wanted, but times had to be moved, overall happy. Took only 8 hours through and about 40 minutes to complete my dining requests.

Tried DVC MS again just now, on hold for about 10 minutes, then it only took about 10-15 minutes got everything I wanted. Persistence pays off. Good luck to everyone still holding. Here is what I booked:
2/12-Teppan Edo 5:00
2/13-CM 8:05
2/13-Ohana 5:30
2/14-The Plaza-11:55
Trying The Plaza for the first time, have not been to Ohana the last few trips so want to give it a try again. Teppan Edo is also new to us, I hope the kids like it!

Warning: Have your CM save after every "important" ressie they make for you!

We had one left to go and her system went down and we lost them all. Had to start over and luckily were able to redo within 30 minutes of all but one. I wasn't able to redo one of mine. Luckily it wasn't an "important" one like my Le Cellier which I will FINALLY be able to try.

I kept calling after the system was down.. finally was able to get through to someone whos system was working... then theres went down and they transferred me... and their system worked! woop!

I agree... it differs from CM to CM, b/c mine sounded very frustrated and told me the systems were still down and to call back later, with no anticipated time. However, others seem to currently be booking... I guess I will just call back.... AGAIN!!!

I spoke with the nicest CM, Doria. I got the two reservations I wanted at exactly the times I wanted! I'm so glad that is done now. Sending pixie dust to everyone still trying!

I just booked for 2/2. The CM said it was only loaded to 2/4. How accurate that is, I don't know....

Just thought I would try one more time to see if I could get through to someone whose system was actually functional - no go! The only critical ADR I really wanted was Le Cellier on January 31st! 3 times now I have gotten through and been told to call back in a couple of hours! THIS TOTALLY SUCKS!
