How about getting through then being told "system is down call back in 45 minutes!!!

I would just cry. I have been up for almost 5 days with very little sleep as dd(1.5 yo) has pneumonia and has to have breathing treatments every 2 hours. I am on hold now and just hope that I get through. I have dh's help this morning but instead of sleeping I am busy doing this. I think that they need to check me in the hospital...lol.

In all of my phone conversations with the dining CM's hoping that the CRT opened up, I just realized I had forgot to reserve my boys on the Grand Floridian pirate adventure cruise! Back to the phones....I will ask again about CRT, but I am sure that it is not opened up yet....

I've been trying to get Donald's Safari Breakfast & 1900 Park Fare Dinner since the day I was allowed to start making reservations. No luck at all! So I've been trying several times each day since then. I'm running out of time since we'll be there Dec 3rd. Yesterday I finally got Donald's Breakfast. 4 people at 8:15 am. Worked for us. Yay! Well that is until I go to check out. I kept getting an error message. After several attempts to check out I called Disney Dining for help. The CM instructed me to release the reservation and he would pick it up for me. So I did................but he didn't get it. I'm so upset!

I got CRT for March 18th 8:05 pm. I wanted lunch on another day but they were booked.

Finally got through, CRT in March still can't be booked. Gee, that was a fun morning. It "may be available sometime later today." That's helpful. I've been at my computer and phone since 5 am and even got through and still can't get what I want. Am I supposed to call back now, and wait on hold another 25 minutes to be told "later today, maybe". Thoughts?

Yes, you would think they would expect it, and so do we. A phone system is a phone system, and a computer system is a computer system. Sooner or later, it is going to go into overload and there is nothing you can do about it, but ride it out.

This is our first Disney vacation. I had no idea what to expect this morning!! I didn't get up until 6:30 a.m. thinking that the online system started up at 7 a.m. (should've done better research on that). After I couldn't get on, I came here and was blown away by all the posts. I tried for about a half an hour to call in but being that I was already in the office, I gave up. I just tried again. After only 3 calls, I heard the pixie dust!! Says I have a 25 minute wait. I just hope I actually get through and am able to make my ressies!! There are only a few that I'm adament about, so hopefully I'll get lucky!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the pixie dust actually made it to Ohio!

I've been calling non-stop for about 3 hours now... busy signal everytime, except for the 5 calls where I got the 'all systems are busy, please hang up and try again' line. I feel like I should've at least been put on hold once or twice by now!

It took me more than 4 hours but I finally got through to a very nice agent. I got all my reservations except CRT. Don't give up hope! Now I hope my reservations wil fit with park hours. I just learned spectromagic will be 9 pm on Thursday, I had been planning on 8. I wish they would post the April hours for something other than AK!

Well I was ready to WHIP the phone at the wall!

I finally got through about 10am and got my ressies booked. Seriously! I had been trying since 7am!

I feel better now. I can concentrate on something else! I am wishing all of you luck.
