**October 27 2009, 180 Day Reservation Thread**

It literally took me an hour and 25 minutes from the time I got put on hold, but I was able to make our 15 ADRs for our April trip (4/16- 4/25). Just trying to give others hope...

No luck yet! Although I am getting quite the variety of voices on the "we're sorry that your call cannot be completed at this time" message! I just get so darn hopeful when the phone actually rings! Waiting for pixie dust.....

Another sucess story!!!
Got through, waited on hold for about 30 min
and was able to book everything I wanted for week of April 18th

The lady was sooo helpful and friendly. Great Service.

I think Disney has ran out of magic and pixie dust. What a nightmare this is!

started trying at 6:50 on the computer and internet down. Then started calling the dining line and got through after 15 min of busy or your call did not go through promts. Was on hold for about 30 min. Whole call was 60 min including ressies and wait time. We got everything we wanted within 30 min of reqested time. Trip is for last week in feb.

Just got off the phone with the world's best CM, Scarlett, and she was able to book all my requested ADR's for April 12-22. Patience is the word here and persistence and CHILL. I wish everyone trying to get through

I had a wonderful man named Troy. I was cut off before any survey came up I wanted to really give him a 5 star rating. He was fun to talk to and was able to give us everything we wanted. I wouldn't want their job today.

I did it!!! I've got my reservation for the Churro stand outside the Country Bear Jamboree!!!! Fine dining here I come!

First time disconnected
Second time told that the system was not working and to call back
Third Time disconnected
Fourth time on hold now

This is a blast.

YES success. Darren was a doll. He was so nice. He asked how many times did I call. Was able to get everything I wanted.

2/17- Boma for dinner 5:55pm
2/18- Sci Fi Dine In for dinner 4:15pm

You may have a lot of difficulty today checking due to the fact they changed over from 90 days to 180 days; but you can continue to check.

There is no system in place in the online system that prevents you from double-booking ADR's. Some have reported that there may be double booking of ADR's, while people are deciding which one they want to keep and which one they want to cancel.

I can tell you I got two ressies; one earlier (Prime Time 50's Cafe) and one later (1900 Park Fare) - both were about the experience for me, not the time, and so I went with it.... if you cannot find an alternate better time, think of it that way. And our first night, I was hoping for an early time, but we got much later - which actually gives up time to go back to the resort and take a nap in the afternoon.

Ok giving hope to those out there not through yet! I have been up since 5:30am hitting redial constantly. Also one that tried and failed with the internet finally got through on the phone at 10:50 on hold for 20 minutes and just finished all the ressies from January thru April! Woohoo!

Be careful when calling when I got through it didn't even ring...just got pixie dust and I almost hung up!
