I've been up since 4:45 central time, connected on the phone at 9:25 with an estimated 25 minute wait, waited for about an extra 5 minutes (not that I'm complaining!), done by 10:10.
For the first week of Feb, she didn't have Teppan Edo in the system yet, FYI. I booked at Coral Reef and will try to change it to Teppan Edo later.
I need a nap...

after realizing that I've called the dining line over 100 times and the regular line over 100 times (need to change my dining plan) I realize that we are all a bit crazy LOL

It's a good thing we don't have to usw rotatry phones, could you imagine!!

ARRRGH! SO frustrated!!

Got up at 5:45 for online reservations (I'm sure you can all guess how that went)

Been calling and calling since 7 am, getting mostly "all circuits are busy" messages.

Got thru to a live person twice in 4 hrs to be told that the system is still down. The last time was literally 2 minutes ago! I don't understand how some people are getting ADRs if the whole system is supposedly down.

What gives! I have other things to do today! I'm making myself crazy trying to plan ADRs for 2 trips in this mess!

at least you got through! I've been up and trying since 5:45 as well and I'm still getting busy signals. This is not fun.

The online system went down prior to 6 AM. The phone lines are having issues due to extremely high volume today. Today is the switchover date for 180 day reservations. Everyone who wants a reservation prior to April 26 and is aware of the switchover is calling today. If it's something that can wait, you're probably better off calling later or tomorrow.

I have all my res made!!! yay!!!! It took forever because the computer was slow, but i will not complain because i am just stoked i got through! I hope that everyone else has good luck with this! keep your fingers crossed that when you do get through, you get a lovely lady named cheryl. she has the patience of a saint!!!!

Just got right through! Went right to CM who told me "can't log into dining reservations call back in 45 min.

FYI for other DVC members... I am pretty darn sure that trying to book through MS is a dead end today. I doubt that they are even trying to get in to the system for the rest of the day.

I did my ADR's through DVC MS around 20mins or so ago. System was very, very slow but got there in the end.

I can't express how angry I am getting! The number of times I have been in the hold pool and disconnected is infuriating!

Someone from Disney is going to be answering for this! I am calling internationally and my phone bill is going to be sky high.

Just got off the phone with the world's best CM, Scarlett, and she was able to book all my requested ADR's for April 12-22. Patience is the word here and persistence and CHILL. I wish everyone trying to get through

After hours and hours of busy phone lines, I finally got through. 2 of my reservations are later than what I would like.

Should I check online every once in a while to see if I can get a better time?
