Isn't the definition of insanity repeating the same action over and over again and expecting a different outcome?

I must be going insane, because this just made me laugh uncontrollably...

Called member services at 9 am sharp! After all the prompts I was told the next advisor will be with me shortly!!! yay!!!

i finally got a CM for the second time today. Her computer is slow.

I'm on with DVC , the computer is taking the ressies, we had 7:05, but its still in process. There are over 90 people on hold waiting for ADR's. good luck!

Yup,, just ask them to make your ressies for you!!

OMG, I'm on hold with them right now. Got through on the first dial at exactly 9 am. I'll guess I'll just wait and see what happens now.
Not staying on site this trip but I am a DVC owner so I'll wait and see.

Dis-pression: defined as a disease striking all those who tried for ADRs on "The Dark Day": October 27th, 2009. Symptoms included a sore finger or two from hitting "end send" repeatedly, extreme frustration, a constant ringing in the ear from a reptitive busy signal and, in extreme cases, inability to work/clean/shower until said ADRs are achieved!

It was SLOW going, but after 45 minutes on hold and 25 minutes doing the actual reservations, I got what I needed:

The whole dining system is down and can't get on. now its 130 people and you can't make any ressies at all. They just got an email NOT to make any ressies. I just hung up with a live person,

got through after an hour and 3 mins of redialing and said NO to the victoria and alberts question and it put me through to them anyway and the cm couldnt transfer me. back to square one. she said to say nothing at all because it apparently has been kicking calls to them even if you say no to the victoria and alberts question. good luck and if you have gotten through, send some pixie dust my way!

DVC MS just told me THE COMPUTERS ARE DOWN AND THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESSIS UNTIL ABOUT 11 am.

Anyone else hear this?

Member Services just told me that they are having technical difficutlies............So, they told me call back later their computer sysytems are all down!!
