The sad part is that I highly doubt that the system is going to be working on Disney's end when everyone tries to call at 7:00, too.

Just posting this for something to do while waiting for the 7am even bigger mess on the phone system...

I feel really sorry for the CMs on duty today - I'll bet some of them are reading this thread now and expecting the worst. They'll be just as much at the mercy of this higher-level decision to go live with three extra months as we are.

Honestly, I'm not even going to try calling until someone here posts that they got through and the system is working. I don't feel like dialing furiously only to find they can't do it over the phone, either.

It's so stupid to me that they wouldn't do this in tiers at the least like the rest of Jan and Feb can make ADRs starting date A, March can make ADRs starting date B and April can start on date C. To at least curve SOME of the madness.

After answering whether or not you want Victoria and Alberts, I believe it says "if you're calling from the Orlando area or are making reservations for the next few days (something like this???), press "1". Choose this option even if you're not from Orlando or making reservations for your current stay". It will get you through a bit faster.

Just a thought. i wonder if the on line system is tied to the "phone rep" system. If so, when we all call at 7, we'll all have the same issue. Boy do I sound like an Eeyore or what. Sorry need more coffee.
