HAVE FAITH IN THE POWER OF PIXIE DUST!!!!!

I too was a disbeliever. I too thought, "I woke up at 2:45 for this?" followed by, "I woke up at 5:45 for this?" to be quickly followed by a string of "Why am I bothering to dial for 3 hours!?!?"

Well, alas, I got a human voice, booked all of my ADRs, and even booked the Segway tour (calling the tours number, not the dining number!)

I am now spreading some Pixie Dust to those still waiting! Good luck!!!!

P.S. To those of you who get through, you may want to consider the frustration of the rest of us and, thus, reconsider posting your success stories of the day. I am especially talking to those of you who got through on the first try. Is it petty that I am jealous? Yes, but I'm not alone.

Then how would everyone else know to keep trying? It was only because someone mentioned getting through that I continue to redial for 30 minutes straight. I got through once and she told me to call back in 15 minutes. I immediately began redialing again, until I was on hold another 15 minutes before getting through to the CM who was able to help. KEEP TRYING! It does work.

At 9:00 on the dot, I got through to Member Services. The CM had no idea that today was the 27th. I informed him that the ADR's moved to 180 days today. As he was logging in their was chaos in the background. The CM's were told to tell us to call back. My cm kept going and starting booking some reservations for me. I got very lucky to have that CM and I ended up getting the reservations I wanted for our April trip. Today was another example of why it is great to be a DVC member.

I am frustrated because I'm booking for February and really feel they should have rolled February out today and the rest a week or even a few days at a time later!
Still trying. I've been up since 5:30, tried online, been trying the phone, only busy signals and "circuits are down" messages.

I got mine!!!
I was up at 4:45 (CST) and tried online-JOKE. Started calling as soon as phones were open-again...joke. Had to take my kids to school and when I was back I tried again for about 20 mins and got to hold!! Woooo Hoooo! Never been so happy to be on hold in my life!
My CM was WONDERFUL and she had to go sloooooowly to book them but I got everything I wanted.
It took about 35 mins to book 11 reservations so be patient. It is possible to book but it is slow going.

HOW is it that some people report getting thru & getting "everything I wanted" and the rest of us are told the system is still down??? I am just not following this AT ALL.

It's because they got through much earlier this morning. It's not like when they post it here they are posting in real time.

Just to let you know-I got off the phone about 9:15 CST. Only about 10 minutes ago so it IS possible to book right now. I guess you need the right CM??????

My advice to all is to keep trying!!

I had two phones going for over an hour and luckily got through on my work phone...

Once I got through I was on hold for about 20 minutes waiting for a CM to pick-up.

It sounds so simple that there almost had to be a good reason they DIDN'T do it. Right? Please?

My guess is that this was a massive IT undertaking anyway. In order to move it to 100 then 110 then 120 days, it would have required IT to rewrite the same code on numerous ocassions. Somebody at WDW just decided to go ahead and take all their lumps at once, which saves them alot of time rewriting the same code over and over again.

I just got all my ressies!! Took almost 2 hours of trying to get thru and 44 mins on the phone. Thats ok, Im happy its done now. We got:

Sending pixie dust to all of you that are still on hold or haven't gotten through.

We were very lucky - we finally got through at 8:33CST and we were done making our ADRs by 8:54CST. We got what we wanted, LeCellier, Cali Grill, Jiko & 50s Prime Time.

I was up at 5am to attempt using the online system and well that was frustrating. We had been trying by phone since 7 but we didn't have any luck until 8:33.

I have been trying since 6 am (CST) on the phone as I have a group of 12 and can't book on-line (bummer). I keep getting a busy signal or the recorded message that all circuits are down. Here's hoping for a break through for us all soon!

Yeah Finally after getting online at 5:00 and calling all morning I got thru and got my ressies. CM said with Ressies #'s I'm fine no matter what the system does the rest of the day. Got everything within an hour of the times I was looking for
