OH my ... it's too early for the white stuff... isn't it??? It didn't stick but it was REAL!!! I stopped on my way home to buy Noah 4 complete glove, hat and scarf sets. Yes, 4. He will lose, misplace, destroy or whatever happens to 8 year olds and their winter apparel... and before I know it ... it's Feb and he's lost everything and you can't find winter stuff in the winter here.... So, I learned... buy 4... have reserves... be prepared. Ha.... Now the search is on for boots. Ick. Boots. Last week we were basking in the sunlight!

I really lucked out this time! I usually am sick by now after I fly but no sniffles yet! Watch, I'll get the flu now. They diagnosed the first case in MS earlier this week. UGH! I'm not taking the flu shot this year b/c last year I broke out into some strange non-raised, non-itchy rash. Ethan will be getting his Friday. He got the flu the week before Christmas last year.

I'm still rocking and swaying. I'll miss it when it goes away

I'm considering the double dip in 2009 as well. Hopefully I'll see some of you there!

Paula......I had a reaction to my shot this year. I got it about 10 days before we left. Hot red sore arm. Blah!!!!!!!!!! Never happened before.

Babs.......we rebooked for the Oct 2008 double dip but probably will move that date forward...we wanted the 10% & ship board credit & they said we could move it easily. 2009 dates come out in December she told us.

Thanks to everyone I met who made it such an excellent cruise! Hopefully we have made some lifelong friends from this cruise! Those who got to know me will also have known I got engaged as well, so that topped it off! I'll post some pics of the cruise when I get chance, but here's one of one particular man I continuously bumped into...Enjoy Bert!

Congrats on the engagement UK Simon!!!! I didn't get a chance to meet you.... I seem to have missed a few peeps on the ship... but wanted to send you congrats all the same!

I'm feeling human again (drugs are good Mike... GO TO THE DOCTOR!!, but like Paula am ROCKING as well. Mainly when I'm standing still or laying in bed. It is a very strange feeling! I've been on two other cruises and never rocked before and this time it didn't start until Sunday?

We are in for the '09 Double Dip... can't wait to book. I should have booked while on the ship... darn it, darn it, darn it.... And this time... I'm KEEPING my verandah. I missed the fresh air.

I MISS those that I was able to hang out with and get to know... I MISS those that I didn't get to know... there was so much going on!

What in the world is going on? It's 31 degrees here! That's not supposed to be happening until January at least! UGH! I wanna go back!!!! How cool would it be to book a double dip/back to back? Maybe then at least we'd make it to CC!

Simon, congrats on the engagement. So spill the story of how you did it!!!!
Wish we had gotten to say more than hi & bye that night in Rockin' Bar D...I think that was the night you said hi........I was on my Mary Poppins high that night I think. The week went by too fast in lots of ways & meeting & spending time with people here is one of those ways.

It's cold here too.........frost all over my front yard.

We rebooked for October '08 DD, and (pixie dust please) hope to book for a MED cruise while on board. According the the Dis site we saved almost 1,000 booking on board plus we get ship board credit from Disney,AAA and Disney Visa CHA-CHING!!!

and for the weater report it was 42 degrees here at the land of the Mouse, but should get up into the lovely low 70's by lunch time!!

Hope all who were sick are feeling better!!!!!

Mike is getting a bit better and i have stopped rocking and swaying!

So we rebooked but not on board.

We rebooked for Oct 5 2008.....I really wanted the DOUBLE DIP but wanted to save points to do a 15 day in a year or so!

Glad you are feeling better. My son has been very sick. 104.5 degree temp today, cold and several nose bleeds. We all have coughs as well.

I'm sure I met some of you on the ship and didn't even know it. My dad had a great chat with someone from Ireland about pubs and how our family is from there. The time seemed to whiz by and there was never enough time to do everything we wanted. Also had some seasickness with my daughter. All and all a great time.

Kimmie...I stopped by your cabin a couple of times to pick up the journal, but you were off having fun! I also called and spoke to your son while you were in the tub (I feel like we are somehow intimate now!! ) Anyway, sorry we weren't able to connect. I know you worked hard on the journals and we all appreciated it.

We are hoping to go back next year, so maybe I'll see some of you then.

I imagine we must be the last straggler -- we arrived home about 8:30 last night. Three weeks away is a long time! After the cruise we drove up to Memphis (went to Graceland!), then to my SIL's for a couple of nights in Indiana, and then yesterday -- home!

I am facing a mountain of laundry, did grocery shopping today, and we're both struggling with this darn COLD weather! Yuck! I'm so glad to have a condo rented down in Cocoa Beach for February -- something warm to look forward to!!

It was so wonderful meeting all of you! And I know we'll be seeing some of you again on our next cruise -- the 7-night double-dip Mexican cruise, the one departing Oct 25/08. We already knew before being on this cruise we'd be on that one, so maybe that made missing CC not quite as sad. But still -- I was disappointed to miss it!

Hope you all liked your fish extenders -- Al and I had great fun making our little deliveries and it was a blast seeing something I had made hanging on your fishies. I only put my name on one thing that we gave out, but delivered several -- it was such fun giving out the goodies!

Have to sort out the multitude of pix I took -- will post some when I can

DW informed me shortly after we returned that she'd like to cruise on one of the new ships during its first year. Plus the 2008 D-Dip. Plus, the Beach Club is calling to us. Perhaps we should join DVC, too.

And have i mentioned yet that i am TERRIBLY jealous of you all that are doing the double dip!

man i have made my reservations now and dont know how manyy points i would loose to change them..............BUT i may have to look into it!

We chose NOT to do the double dip CUZ we wanted to have enough points to do a longer cruise in 2010......gosh that is so far away...............

But man do i want to do the DOUBLE DIP!

CAN someone talk me into changing over PLEASE!
