October 25, 2009 4-Night Wonder Roll Call

Anyone else out there going on this cruise? This will be mine and DH's 3rd Disney Cruise, and our DD's 1st Cruise. We are traveling with some friends and their DS. They have never experienced anything Disney, so we can't wait to show them how fun it is!

Can't wait to see who else is coming!

Hi, we will be on the same cruise. This is the second for my wife and I and the first for our son and daughter.

We'll be on there as well! We just got off the wonder on Thursday and booked this cruise for next year! The 2009 cruise will be the 7th for DH and I. This will also make the 5th Disney cruise for DS who is 4 1/2 and the 2nd cruise for DD who is almost 11 months!! We're sad to be back in reality now, but at least we have another cruise in our future!!

im either booking this sailing or the halloween 3 day sqailing tomorrow ....we did halloween this time ( oct 30 2008 ) and will NEVER sail another line again unless it is disney ..... if i book this one YES cont me in for extender so much fun

Hi everyone!

We just got off the Wonder today and booked this cruise while we were on board. I can't wait to get back on the ship!

It will be myself Vicki and my husband Marty. We have 4 children ages DD 11DS 7, DD 5 and DS 2 at time of cruising next Oct..

tiggertails - I see you are on this cruise too. So nice to meet you on the ship this last week and talking with you at Palos. I hope you had a great cruise. Thanks also for the extra FE gifts for the kids. We really appreciate it a lot!

I would also love to do a FE gift exchange on this cruise. We had so much fun playing it on our last 2 cruises.

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone over the next 10 months

My DD11 and myself will be going on this cruise as a girl's cruise and also to celebrate my 40th birthday. We're sooo excited as this is our first cruise. I don't know what a gift exchange is.

I'm chomping at the bit to go! We took the kids to get their passports last Friday, the trip is a surprise for them and I had to fib a little when the lady asked if we had a trip planned.

I already have the surprised planned, my kids will be 8 and 4 during the cruise, so rather than drive past the port, I am going to swing south through Cocoa Beach to the car rental office. We're just going to let them think the rental car has to be dropped off at an off-site lot. It will be fun to see their reaction when we pull up to the ship. It should be classic especially since they both have been wanting to cruise after watching the travel channel special and seeing the pics from mine and my wife's cruise.

I too can't wait for this cruise. Your kids will be so surprised when they find out about the cruise!!!!!!!!They will be so excited! This trip was part of a Christmas present (we booked it while on the ship in Dec.) for our kids and it was so hard for me to keep it a secret until Christmas Day. I couldn't wait to tell them.

So much to do and so many things to learn about cruising Disney style!

We are getting so excited about this cruise too. You will love cruising..This will be our 7th cruise and we just love them

I will have a DD who will be 11 on this cruise--maybe your daughter and my daughter could get to know one another before the cruise by e-mailing one another. Then they could meet on the ship. Let me know if your daughter would be interested.

Fish extenders exchange is a lot of fun! We have done it our last 2 cruises. One buys small little gifts for others participating in the exchange. The gifts are usually homemade items, or treats, pencils, tatoos, stickers, etc...Our kids always look forward to coming back to our room to see if they got any special treats or presents.

My daughter would love to email with your daughter! That would be great if they got to know each other before the cruise. If they spent any time in the Oceaneers Lab they would be grouped together.

The fish extenders sounds right up my ally. I will have to start thinking about some fun stuff to make or buy.

Maybe we should set up a ning.com account for the kids.

That is great. Adriane is excited about e-mailing your daughter. She will send her a PM. What is her name? She enjoys the lab, so if your daughter likes it too maybe they could hang out together.

Adriane actually started a kids Dis thread for this cruise, but it is on page 3 or 4. No one has written on it yet, so it kind of got lost. She will try to bump it up the next couple of days, so that it is more current.

Just over 9 more months for this cruise. We can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

My daughter's name is Amber and she is reading this with me. She will be looking forward to the PM.

We have downloaded a copy of the Navigator and have been looking at all of the activities that are planned. There are several activities that she is interested in and I think that it would be that much more fun with someone she knows.

I will try to find the thread that Adriane started.

We took passport photos yesterday and will be applying for passports soon.
It seems like I will always be doing something to get ready for this cruise from now until we leave.
