How many of you are there?

Now thats a great question.

For sure - Me, my DH, and my two DS (7 & 8 when we sail).

MAYBE - My DMIL & DFIL but that changes on a daily basis and probably will up until the time at which the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Our first cruise was last year around the same time so we are even more excited now that we have some idea of how awesome it is!

are we are going to be getting every member of the family a gift
just thinking of needing to take a extra suitcase for all that stuff

and are we doing trick or treating this time too , we will need another list

You can just buy gifts for who you want - the kids only or all the family - my idea was to buy a gift based on where I come from for the family as a whole, and then just little nik-nak gifts for the kids based on their ages and gender - like the things which you put in party bags, little choccies etc. Those who have done this before might be able to give us a heads up on what sort of things are given as fish extender gifts.

Also if any of the kids collect anything in particular it might be an idea to put that on the list eg. things like coins / stamps / postcards from different parts of the world.

Happy Valentine's Day to all!!
No Valentine's for me but DH & me did spend last weekend at DLP for an 'Adults only' Disney fix!
We had a Fab time on our own but both missed the kids so much!
I'v done trip reports on the DIS DLP thread if anyone wants to know all about our trip!

DLP is ok but we both LOVE WDW & DCL more! LOL!!

Been lots going on on here..too much to read back through it all!
BTW, how do i get onto HOTHS now? I can't seem to get on now!
Do i need a new password?

We did the seven day western that ended the weekend before Halloween.


We definitely dress up, I already bought astronaut outfits for the boys and we have our pirate gear.

DS 17, DS 10 me and DH
last time I only put something from our country in each
just to let everyone know there is a lot of walking around the ship deliveing
and some people upgraded rooms so the list was kind of out of date
but me and DS9 had great fun doing it
don't know if we found all the rooms as we ended up with extra at the end

Its a great way to see all the doors that be done up

whos doing there doors this time , this was ours last time ,done our name with pictures from home , need to get the thinking cap on to come up with lots more

How far are you from North Marlow Buckinghamshire? i probably didnt spell it right. My husbands grandmother was from there. I would LOVE to visit. Maybe someday if i ever get over taking cruises lol.

i did not readi ton the actaul DISNEYCRUISE WEBSITE.

And i did read also about the no giving blood. Which i dont do any way.
But Dh does.

We will just not eat off the boat those days i guess or will will go get the vaccines.

Most likley just eat on the boat.

i will check with my Dd as she is getting ready to go and spend a week in Mexico on a Missions trio and see if she is getting one?

Please post if your DD is getting vaccinated. I think both of my kids had it for Hep B, but doubt they got it for Hep A. Telling them they need another immunization would not go over well. LOL

I don't give blood either. DH does and they asked about Castaway Cay! He was allowed to donate as it wasn't on their "list" of areas you have to wait a year after visiting. I thought it was wild that Castaway Cay was on any info anywhere!

This cruise cannot come soon enough!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone

I had a lovely Valtentines
was taken to a lovely Hotel for the night , lovely dinner and then went to see the show Lord of the Dance ,
just back home now spent ythe day site seeing

I'm lime green with envy.

Valentine's Day here was just icky. Between work and too much to do, we didn't get to properly celebrate it.

Plus, one of my students lost her husband the night before last. So, everything just feels off around here.

Thanks for telling us about the lovely time you had. I'm sincerely happy for you..... but jealous too! LOL

As for hep shots, when we went last time, our doctor recommended the Hep A shots. Our friends went - their doctor told them they didn't need anything. We got the shots to be on the safe side. I must ask my doc what she says about the Mexico ports.
