Out come the suitcases!!!! My living room won't be the same until we get home in November. Hard to believe, it will be here before we know it. Time will fly by for us now since are weeks, and weekends are full of the DD's activities. Between Volleyball for the youngest and Marching Band activities and Fall Musical for the oldest, all weekends are full until we leave on the 23rd. I can't wait.
Plus, tonight has been stressfull cuz we let the oldest DD take the vehicle for the fist time solo !!! We must be crazy. We live about 12 miles from town and well. . .Nervous mom. Can't wait for her to be home.

I sure with that UPS would have come to our house today. I just love it when we get that package. Maybe tomorrow.

I am looking forward to not going to work (1 hour 15 minute commute each way!). Not being a taxi (Dance class 4 days a week). But most of all I'm looking forward to doing absolutely nothing whenever I want!!!

My girls are 8 & 10 so I can help a little. Princesses went out of sytle for the 8 year old about a year and a half ago. She LOVES hannah Montana. The 10 year old doesn't really like Hannah Montana, but Loves High School Musical. So I would say Princesses for 6 and under and Hannah Montana & HSM up until 10ish/11ish.

Both my girls K and 1st grade still like princessess but also like Hannah Montana. Funny thing is my K is into Hannah Montana more than my 1st grader.

I'd say by 1st grade (6/7 year olds) most girls are starting to lose interest in princesses and are getting into the Hannah Montana/HSM thing more. And by 8 I expect they would be out of princesses and full swing into Hannah Montana etc.

I don't know if this is much help. My 5-year-old still likes princesses, but really likes HSM and Hannah Montana.
