I have added the dinner seating (in dark red) to the people that posted their times -if i I have missed you please pm me

I tried putting the excursions in there but it looked too clunky to me - how about if we maintain a separate list for that and we can link that post number to the first post? Let me know what you think and if anyone (J E N N? ) wanted handle that

AND i have a total of 8 sets of adults right? i made 15 gifts for the adults, i have a few more people, you know who you are, that will be getting one even though your not on my list, but i still have 3 more left so maybe i can get a longer list? Hmm - you just gave me a great idea - at least for the adults! I normally provide two types of treats on Halloween for people that come to my door- over & under 21.
Would that be inappropriate to have over & under 21 FE gifts? This is my first exchange and I don't want to break any written or unwritten rules!

Amy - the only way you could have 15 adults would be if we split 2 ways and had 18 and 19 cabins in the group. Then you would have to make some more gifts! I am not sure whether splitting into 2 groups will be feasible as most participants voted for 3 groups in the first place, but perhaps you could give out your extra FE gifts to other FEs (pick out of a hat if you don't feel you can choose)

I will have another look at it and perhaps resort to picking names out of a hat - that way we get what we get and thats it ! I have a list of all the kids and their ages in each group and will get that to you as soon as the lists are finalised.

Monday...Palo Brunch 10:30
Tues...Cozumel / Paradise Beach
Weds...GC / Powerboat booked with TotallyAngellic & family
Thurs...Just chillin'
Fri...CC / Double Waverunner 11-12am
Sat...Deep depression

And now, FE thoughts...by PaDC:
We're ok with the lists as previously presented (I think that means 1/a). We're also ok if it gets changed to a random draw. It was fun last year to walk around the ship to all the different rooms. Saw some neat door decorations, and got to explore the ship more.
In the end, whatever method of grouping is easiest for TotallyAngellic/the organizers of the FE exchange is fine with us.

Oh, and we're first seating for dining.

Amy, just give out your extra gifts randomly... (Hi! my name is Random j/k)

I have about 20 little princess notebooks that I bought before I completely thought out my fe gifts and I think I will do just that...

I love the idea of random gifts up & above the normal trading.

I just got a cool random (and anonymous) gift in my office mail - a rally towl from the UW Badger football game when Ron Dayne's number was retired. Very neat!

I will go with the majority decision which seems to be

1. Fish extender lists as soon as possible
2. keep the groups as they are and highlight the cabins with the adults in them, for those who would like to give adult-specific gifts.
3. If anyone wishes to give out gifts randomly above and beyond the allocated cabins then that will also be fine ( I also bought more adult gifts than I have in my group too, so I will be doing some random gift giving myself along the way, plus I have one gift I would like to give out to everyone if it works)

Monday... just chillin'
Tues...Cozumel: Fury Catamaran sail and beach party

Thurs... more chillin' and then rasul spa session with DH
Fri...CC / Cycles, floats and snorkels again, and Double Waverunner at 4pm

OMG! I was about 4 pages behind, and was completely confused there for awhile.

Okay - first - our schedule...

Early seating for dinner
Saturday - Celebration time!! (sorry Jenn!)
Sunday - First of 2 day bike/snorkle/tube rental, waverunner at 1:00 for DH, Stingrays at 1:00 for Me and boys!
Monday - Exotic Rasul for me and Hubby (Just for the mud of course !)
Tuesday - Cozumel - Royal Dolphin Swim with Aneille & Tara
Wednesday - Grand Cayman - have 2 Hour Tour booked - debating. Wanted to switch to Pirate excursion, but not enough space for all of us
Thursday - Martini Tasting with chatters - but might end up rotfl: )
Friday - 2nd day of two day rental
Saturday -

As for FE - glad to see the groups mixed, and agree with getting the lists early - will love to explore other areas of ship. Thanks for organizing this, Sarah - what a complicated endeavor!!

As for the few we don't have cabins for - is everyone still cruising with us? I know hockeychic hasn't posted in forever, and have seen her active in another meets thread. Just want to make sure everyone on the list has confirmed they're still interested!
