We're getting Thomas one of those vsmile pocket handheld game things - his cousin (same age) has one and he flipped over it! Grandma's getting him a kidtough camera - he kept wanting to take pics with my camera on the cruise (um, NO!)!

A ten year old who doesn't know what he wants for Christmas??? That IS odd! What's he into? Sports? Games? Science?

(I want a Disney cruise) Me too--still jonesing for some escargot!!

BTW - did you have any of the recalled Thomas the Tank Engine pieces?

Yes, we did. We had four pieces that I sent back and got replacements. They also sent a free engine for our "inconveniance!" Luckily, he is way past putting things in his mouth, but it is still scary.

I couldn't believe it when Cass put thos pics of Kira in the box. We just took the same pics on thanksgiving day.

That is the cutest thing. We sure miss that little cutie.
That box is the perfect size to play in.

As you could see in our pics, Addison could barely fit in hers.

I had this problem ... alot. I found a book that came with a stuffed toy that hung on the closet door. He was called a closet monster. He was a good closet monster though. He made sure the room and closet were monster free all night. He could hang anywhere, really. I'm not sure if it's still in print, but knowing me, I might still have it. I'll look around. In the mean time, if you have an animal that has velcro hands, try hanging it on the door knob to the closet to protect her from monsters in the room and in the closet.

Hey I will try that one also. We are bribing her tonight. Scott told her that if she stayed in bed tonight she got a surprise tomorrow. I work my long shift tomorrow and he works tomorrow night so I have no idea what the surprise is going to be.

What about letting her pick a special doll or stuffed animal at the store...tell her to pick one that will stand up to the monsters and will be her "guardian" ???

Just a thought.....

Heavens, I don't think we could get anymore stuff animals in her bed. We have told her, that her stuffed Stitch is for that, but she did not like that idea. She has a few guardian angels (my grandfather, her name sake, and two of her friends, well one died the same day as birth, anyways) I will have to tell her that they are all watching over her and won't let any monsters in.

Hey that is what I was doing from about 3:45 this afternoon until 5:30 pm. She is going crazy because she has no car right now and needs to get out of the house. So we hung out front while all the little ones played outside.

Regarding Misty, I can't place her. Refresh my memory.

From where we were sitting she would sit off to our right in the same rows as us, but not the front row of chairs the second row. She had long blond hair, normally with another lady with long brown hair. A few times she was on her own just sitting there by the juke box. Scott got her up to dance a few times. Does any of that help.

Yeah, Addison is looking more like a toddler now.

I can even see a difference in Kira. And it's only been a month. They are too cute at this age.

Addison is starting to spit. Oh boy, that's fun.
(Where the heck did that come from?) (Mom & Dad are trying to nip that in the bud.)
