I still have not told DS yet....I think I might this week. He gets so excited about things (he gets excited going for a haircut or to the dentist:goodvibes )so I think it will be fun. We've got the DVD from Disney that we're going to show him so he can kind of see what to expect...

The Dentist??

I'm getting a little nervous about prezzies...I'm not putting mine together until I am on the ship! They'll take up too much space in the suitcase.....

Mine either Paige. I have the main part in my carryon, but the rest of the stuff is in a separate piece of luggage. If it doesn't make it to the ship, you guys will all get jipped. BTW, I just received my last Tag prezzie in the mail yesterday and I'm most excited about that one. It's for Paige, but don't tell her.

No need to worry Paige. I also am "putting them together" on the cruise as they won't pack very well if they are all assembled. I think most people are doing that as well. I am working on the main ingredient of the prezzie now though so I can put them in bags when I get on the ship.

I think everyone is doing something different which I think is gonna make it a lot of fun!!! No worries, whatever you do will be fine Like MG says, it's supposed to be fun

I'm afraid mine is being duplicated somewhat. That's ok, though because it will still be fun!!

I'm dying to meet you - do you have a real new york accent? I love american accents - they're all so different.

Accents? We don't have accents Karen.

Personally, I would like to see an updated picture of the Timon/Darkrobe family on Cass' site. It seems to be missing one key person.

All 3 kids have known for the past 3 years. We did not hear to much about it from them. Mac just started talking about it at 30 days. Now that we do a count down chain she will talk about it daily. I am thinking Kelsey and Kyle were told by others that we were not actually going to go so they did not allow themselves to get excited about it. I still do not see much excitement out of Kyle, but Kelsey is starting to ask a lot of questions. Sad thing is they are all questions that we have answered before if she would have been listening.

Once in a while I take out one of the Navigators adn I will say "lets see what everyone wants to do on this day" then we start at 8am and start looking at all the choices of activities and highlighting what people want to do - VERY QUICKLY everyone starts screaming with excitement about what they want to do,,,,,,i cant believe how excited they get and how quickly

Oh dear!! I've been gone for 9 days and I am 241 pages behind--mission impossible I am afeared!!

Bought my pirate costumes and magnetic paper last night!! The boys loved their costumes--Zachary wanted to sleep in his.

Do you guys pre-clear US customs in Heathrow like we do in Calgary or do you have to go through customs when you land in FLorida???

Cass, we still have to clear immigration and customs when we get to FL.

Heather - what do we do re green cards and white cards that we fill in on the plane?

Do they stay in our passports or do we have to do more for going on the cruise?

Also, do you just use a photocopy of your passport as your photo id? I have a new style driving licence - would that be better?

Green cards get stapled in your passport and you don't given them up till to leave the US at the end of your trip. Disney wil check that you have them, but leave them in the passports. The white cards get given to Customs at Orlando. You will have Bahamas customs forms to complete as part of the documents you get from DCL.

I do photocopy my passport, so I don't have to worry about carrying my driving licence. Now if Disney had photocards, we wouldn't have to worry.

We got upgraded as well!! I haven't been on at all this past week, but we were in a gty 12 and now have a porthole in a category 9 on deck 2. Veryexcited about having a porthole. The last two times we cruised we had inside cabins--thinking I might miss the total darkness.

Actually, that's a bad habit to get into as a mom - always being behind the camera! Looking back at DS's scrapbook, I do not have a picture of the three of us on his baptism day, which was also my first Mother's Day as a mom! I got pics of him with the godparents, but no one thought to take any of us

Is Zachary going to be a pirate for Halloween too? Thomas was a pirate last year, so I'll be taking his pirate accessories from that costume. This year (so far) he says he wants to be a construction worker for Halloween. That would be perfect, as he has a hard hat and hi-viz vest in his dress-up clothes - wouldn't cost me a thing!
Aside - yes, he has a basket of dress-up clothes...pirate, knight, doctor, construction worker, Tigger costume from 2 years ago, Bears football outfit with helmet, police hat he made at daycare, etc. I have never seen a little boy who liked to dress up so much!
