Hey guys!
Got to work this morning and there is a news crew in the park next to the school. It is a national crew MSNBC maybe, or an NBC Financial affiliate that is doing a report on our neighborhood being the largest amount of foreclosures in the nation.
My friend said the house she sold here last year for 459,000 is currently back on the market for 275,000. Ugh, there goes my house value.

I feel your pain! The housing market has been in the toilet here too. Truth be told, the prices were so insanely overinflated, with everyone in a panic buying mode. I kept telling friends. Hold on to your money, I've lived in this valley for too many years and I can tell ya, it's cyclical. I've always waited to buy until the market has hit bottom and then starts to climb. That way I get a good return on what I'm selling but I'm still getting a good deal on what I am buying. It'll comeback soon. It always does.

I never had formal night since we were only on a 4 night... how many men wear tux's ? I have the boys wearing suits but not tux's.

I'm not wearing a tux. I'll be in a suit. If I were on the QM2 then I may be persuaded to wear a tux otherwise, I avoid them. (too prom'ish for me)

Suits should be fine. My boys were originally going to wear coats and ties, but then I found tuxes on ebay.....Rob will be in his mess dress uniform (comparable to a tux).

Moose and Jeannine are doing well! They had tried conceiving on the cruise but no such luck. But she found out xmas day that she was pregnant and their little guy Gage just celebrated his first birthday!

Rob is wearing a tux for the 1st time on a cruise because we have WAY too much luggage, didn't want to haul around his suit and shirts too!!

In case you wondered... We had a guy on a cruise with us that looked like Igor (from "Young Frankenstein")and I video taped him to show my kids when we got home.

Hi there - My oldest girl is learning disabled as well, she also has very restricted vision in one eye so she can be quite clumsy at times. She is a beautful person that would never hurt another person but she is socially awkward at times. She loves being around people but is quite quiet (and also hates loud noise).

Our girls might be a good match to join together to keep each other company. Vanessa is turning 15 the day before the cruise (Oct 19th). She is looking forward to the cruise very much.

PM me if you want. We will all be at the DIS meet on the Saturday afternoon.

Hi -- my husband, daughter and myself will also be on the October 20th Cruise. My daughter Rachel, who is 18, is also learning disabled and in maturity is probably about 13-15 years old. Maybe our girls can get together. Disney has already okayed for her to participate in the Teen Club and Teen activities even though she is 18. I'm not sure if she will want to actually participate, but she might if she meets some friends. She is also very excited about the cruise.
