So what did you make. I am proud of you for getting ahead with cooking.

I made an enchalada casserole. I think it might work out better if I cook ahead or evening after dinner each night for the next night.

He is pretty wonderful most of the time. He looks freakish sometimes but he is not so scarey inside.

My Dad is now home safe and sound - they think the op went well but he looks like a pirate at the moment with a patch on one eye.

If its successful he'll have the other eye done in a few months.

Hooray! Glad that it went well. And a pirate is an "in" look this fall.

No but you know he said it like 5 times to get the teenagers reactions. hahahaha If he doesn't eat pie on the ship I'm going to give him a hard time for sure. Every night when they say, "what would you like for desert?" I'm going to say, "He'll have pie and I'll have.....whatever chocolate creation you have" hahahahah

Hey guys!
Got to work this morning and there is a news crew in the park next to the school. It is a national crew MSNBC maybe, or an NBC Financial affiliate that is doing a report on our neighborhood being the largest amount of foreclosures in the nation.
My friend said the house she sold here last year for 459,000 is currently back on the market for 275,000. Ugh, there goes my house value.

Ouch.... Hopefully it will come back up soon.
