Lori - been thinking about your daughters school project - how about yorkshire puddings?

Dont know if you have them over there?
Batter you put into the oven and they come out crunchy?
We either eat them with a roast dinner or if we make a big one we fill it with things like sausage and mash and use it as the dish.

Or theres shepherds pie but that might be difficult to make indivual portions of.

I'm sure if you google the names you can find a recipe. I'd type mine out but I use a packet mix for my yorkies!:rolleyes1

I'm off to the theatre today with a friend. We have VIP tickets to a preview of a christmas show. and a free lunch too:banana:

Should be fun!

13th-1st Nov - Virgin. We cant do PE. Virgin refuse to take the nuts off PE and posh people. We're in cattle class where they dont serve nuts.:sad2:

Oh well, as long as we get there I dont care.

We havent got our park tickets yet - should have the money by friday (pay day!)

Have you thought about doing the MNSSHP? We're doig it this year for the first time - it has great reviews and you can get in from around 4.30pm

Here's a joke for all the "losers" out there:

Bob was in big trouble. He forgot his wedding anniversary.

His wife was really upset. She told him, "Tomorrow morning, I expect to find a gift in the driveway that goes from 0 to 200 in 6 seconds... AND IT BETTER BE THERE !!! "

The next morning Bob got up early and left for work. When his wife woke up, she looked out the window and sure enough there was a box, gift-wrapped, in the middle of the driveway.

Confused but curious, the wife put on her robe.. ran out to the driveway... and brought the box back in the house. She opened it and found a brand new bathroom scale.

Bob has been missing since Friday.

Thanks for the morning laugh!:rotfl:

HI KAREN ,
we did MNSSHP last time we were there two years ago and its just great you will have a ball , if you go to wall mart and get a plastic orange h-ween bucket , which is used to trick a treat you will have enough sweets to last you a full year, i have never seen so many sweet at the stations in all my life and when we left they gave us a nice carrier bag and filled it with candy !!!!!! great thing to take on the ship and give to the people who look after the children?

we have ordered our money from crown exchange , have you ?

we are only using PE on the way back to get a good sleep and they offered it to us at £88 pounds each you cant really turn that down can you? the last time we went we were in sunshine first on tcd and that was really nice but as you know thay are not flexable with dates, and as you say it gets you there and thats all that really matters, i cant belive its only four weeks before we go.

where have you got your car from? are you parking at the port or returning the car and re-hire after cruise?i am booking at the end of the month as you say pay day!!!!

Well, I'm off to take Laura to the airport. I'm jealous she's hitting Orlando this year before me! Oh well, I'll be having a great time playing Mr. Mom.

No WDW for us next year - next month will be three trips in 12 months, so I think it's time to take a break.

I love Savannah but not Paula Deen ... shudders ... she gets on my nerves.

I just finished reading Isaac's Storm and am about 1/4 of the way through All the King's Men. I need something good for our trip next month but the problem is that I start reading whatever I buy and then I finish it because I read so darn fast.

Oh well ... maybe we can plan on meeting up in 2009? Just be sure to keep in touch.

We're going in June 2009..gotta get good use out of those annual passes.:goodvibes

I'll look up that recipe. Can she take that in cold?
