After Mike's PM, I am trying to understand why your smilies don't bounce, so I may need to ask you a zillion questions to get to the bottom of this!

When you reply to a thread...scroll down a little to "additional options"

Do you have "Disable smilies in text" check marked??

One other thing to check...

You use Explorer right? Go to Tools then internet options, then advanced, then scroll down to Multimedia...look at the option "Play animation in webpages"

Is that check marked? It should be!
