O.K. these aren't cruise pictures, but Nancy wanted palm trees. If anyone ever wants to do a very relaxing land vacation for a reasonable price, head to Huatulco, Mexico. It is FAB! :thumbsup2 We've been 3 times and we're in the minority. Most people on the plane have been there 10+. It isn't well known like Cancun, Acapulco or Puerto Vallarta, and that's actually a good thing.

This place looks gorgeous Jeff!! And you say it is reasonable?? I'll have to write it down for future reference. Mike and I could always use a nice, all by ourselves, getaway!!!

O.K. I have to take a break. DS wants to ride his bike around the block. If I don't die from a heart attack while running with him, I'll be back in a little while.

In looking for that picture of Goofy on the back of the Magic, I found that I have a ton of pictures to post from this past January. I won't bore you all with them tonight. Maybe I'll hold off on a few.

I'll finish up my Wonder pics for now and save the other two cruises for another time.

Actually DS had a great time there. We went twice before he was born and then again when he was almost 2. If you go to Huatulco, only stay in the Gala Resort.

Luckily this hasn't gone up too much in price.

Now if you want to go with the kids, I'll have to put up a couple of pics of the Melia Azul in Ixtapa. That is an awesome place for kids 6-10.

Unfortunately, it has gone up huge in price there (at least from MKE or ORD, by almost $1,500 for a week). That is why we did the cruise this past January. It was over $1,000 less.

Oh my gosh.....is that really the time???? I gotta run to make my haircut appointment!!! I'll be back later tonight......looking forward to more pics!!!:woohoo:

You'll like it - it's fun!

I started scrapbooking after DS was born...I wanted to do an album with his baby pics. Now I scrap all our pics! We're even thinking of turning our spare bedroom into a scrapbook/craft/project room for me! Of course, it won't happen until after the cruise - too much to do before then! :goodvibes

I have always just put the pictures in albums. I have tones of albums. But now I think I will do it both ways. One for the album and then one for scrap book.

Yes please....pics of Melia Azul!!! (I guess I should at least entertain the idea of taking the boys!!!! .......)

That is all the time I had to spare I am off to the dr. with mom. We will see what he has to say. I will post about her later.

Unfortunately, I took more pics our first time before we had DS. We didn't buy a digital camera until he was born.

Here are pictures of the hotel's swimming pool (actually pools, because the one in the foreground is separate than the other. Then there is the children's pool - close up pics at the end). I don't have the jaccuzi pics, but it is one of the biggest jaccuzi's I've seen at a hotel.

Here is a picture of the building you saw being constructed above. It is the 3rd wing of the property. You can see part of what the rest of the building looks like. I will try to find a pic on the internet of the whole property for you.

In the center of this picture is the restaurant that is over the water. It is their seafood restaurant.

Here is the sunset from that restaurant.

Isla Ixtapa is right accross the water from the hotel. (btw, in the water between the hotel and the island is where we saw the dolphins jumping one morning)

Sorry folks for the diversion from DCL pics. I will go back to my Wonder pics.

I had a ton more of Ixtapa and Huatulco, but a lot of them have DS in them and we don't post his pic on the web (although he is adorable in the pics - where did my baby go? :confused3 :sad1: )

Alex es very excited to see this ship. Scott got to see it on his "surprise" cruise last year.

Here are some Nassau pics:

These are while we were pulling in, in the morning:

Here is the Queen's Staircase:

At the top, they have a water tower (which was closed when we were there for repairs, so we couldn't go up - unbelievable views from the top).

There is also a fort (Fort Fincastle) on top of the hill and from there you could see sights like this:
