Hi Jen, We were planning on a day at Pike Lake with SIL/BIL but I'm not sure that will happen anymore. Maybe an autumn trip to Milleagers in Racine and a quick trip to Unkorkt (Wine Diva's job).



Hi Heather. You are correct. And I also hope to be emailing one to the Taggers this weekend. I have it saved in excel but am hoping to get my pdf writer working again so the UK'ers can get one too (and anyone else who doesn't have excel). Jeff will assist if I can't get mine to work.



Jen, it's a good thing when you have to alter your clothes...as long as it's in and not out. (I know your's is the "inny").

We're running errands this morning, and then over to our friends' house this afternoon. Just hanging out, playing board games...maybe a bit of poker in the evening.

It will be good to get the Tag list - I'm still working on mine...

Actually, the altering I need done is up! You haven't met me yet, but I'm pretty short - only 4'9"! My friend and I have a side bet on which grade in elementary school DS will be taller than his mom!

Oops...sorry I stole your FO with my miscellaneous ramblings...

Right now I'm working on door signs, DIStag stuff, still deciding about t-shirts, and deciding what luggage I'm going to bring, getting travel bottles for all my toiletries (darn 3 ounce rule) and editing my master "to pack" list. I figure if I have it all written down it won't take as long to pack!

Morning all


BAD day today, well yesterday actually. At last I got report from surveyor for the builder to quote from. OMG they expect the builder to take out the bottom kitchen unoits and skip BUT KEEP the work tops taps sink and all the top unites so they can be re put in !!! WHAT the kitchen from Magnet, isnt even made anymore so my choice is :

1. Get bank load for £6,000 to pay for top half of the kitchen

or

2. Have a mis matched kitchen !!!

I am soooooooooo mad, im steaming!


I am now in the middle of an email loss adjuster asking how and why they have come to this conclussion.
I am sooooooooo upset, ive been crying most of the night and stressing. Thats been driving Wayne amd at me and we had a row ( we never row) but I feel so worried........ its a man thign he worries about getting new trainers for the holiday etc.

anyway needed to share, with my mates........ thanks I feel a bit better " off loading to you all "

better get on with my e mail now, havent got long left on the PC and I need to send it today,so they read it Monday

So sorry to hear you're having problems - that makes no sense whatsoever! I hope you get it sorted out!

We don't play for big money either...We have been playing Texas hold 'em tournament style (everyone throws 1-10 dollars into the pot, winner takes all) or just for fun. Maybe we can play a couple hands!

You know, I really can't believe I haven't started packing yet...now that we're getting so close. It seems like I still have stuff to gather, organize, etc.

Plus, I still have to get my dresses altered.

Don't worry about packing. We won't even start until the Saturday before.

Unfortunatley not a meet this time, we have tickets for the Packer game, I was really hoping another date would work for everyone, but I guess I'll have to wait to meet some of you. DS is a huge Philly fan, so he is so excited to be going to the game, we took him to the Monday night game a couple years ago, that was the last time Philly came to WI. You guys are going to have so much fun, it was great when we met some in July. I'll be thinking of you guys, what Time are you meeting?

Looks like we might meet on the 23rd now. How about that??
